房間和酒店設施還可以，裝飾可能因為木飾及開業年份顯得有點陳舊，但枕頭和床是舒服的，旁邊有山姆超市，我平時也不常寫點評，但這次真的很大反感，早上8點20分左右，清潔還是房管阿姨，手裡拿着紙和筆的，門也不敲，就憑她手上的萬能鑰匙卡一下子打開門，幸好我睡前扣上了上面的安全扣，門沒被一下子打開，但由於力度大也發出了鐵釦與門的大大碰撞聲，嚇壞我了，我門縫裡問什麼事？她説打開錯了，雖然她説了不好意思，但我還是很生氣，因為這才早上8點20分，就算你工作忙搞錯房間，正常開客房門是不是應該敲一下門才進，我晚上差不多十二點才到店，而且房費470多……衹住幾個小時我就趕着走了，我沒選擇二百多的酒店而選擇2倍價格的貴酒店，想着一個人出門，相對安全和舒適些，但早上這個突然開門體驗令我一個人，相當反感。及產生恐懼。及非常不滿。雖然她有向我説了不好意思，但我真的還是很生氣。早上八點20……門也不敲一下直接開門，誰受得了…… 9點在接待處還鑰匙時，前台小姐還問我。房間滿意嗎？我忍不住也説了情況，我不是説酒店要罰那工作人員或批評，但至少説酒店管理部有問題，無論任何情況下，開房門，敲一下才開是最基本的禮貌……證明管理及那阿姨也是要加強培訓的，希望好好改善。
