Picked this place due to its convenience. It’s at the doorstep of Yuanjialing MRT station. From there it was an easy metro ride to Wuyi square, Orange island, and the airport. Service is good, the room was described as windowless. But it actually had windows that opened up into an airwell so the circulation of the room was still acceptable. It was also a very clean business room style - comparable to ibis brand in larger cities. At the price I paid, staying for 1 night, I was very satisfied and would recommend.

The hotel staff at the front desk provide excellent service, being friendly and patient when assisting international travelers. While they may not be highly experienced in handling the check-in process for foreign guests, they remain helpful and accommodating. One of the key benefits is the option for early check-in. The hotel’s location is also a big plus, with the subway right at the doorstep. The bed is comfortable, and the air conditioning works perfectly, keeping the room cool. Overall, a highly recommendable stay.

Location wise very good- metro YuanJiaLing station Exit A2 right outside the hotel. Staff very friendly n helpful- help me to handle my taobao late delivery.

Location is superb, which is just right in front of exit no2 of yuan jia ling station. Front desk is friendly and always greets us warmly as ans when we're back to hotel.

特別棒！！！ 設施：基礎設施很好 ，吹風機是徠芬的，很好用，枕頭睡的很舒服 衞生：乾淨的 環境：出門五米就是地鐵，可能甚至沒有五米，超方便 服務：自助早餐很好吃！！點贊點贊！看我們點的長沙米粉，吃光光啦，自助餐廳的服務員叔叔超級熱情！前台服務也很周到，清掃衞生服務也很棒，乾淨整潔，送物服務速度很快，基本上在手機上剛剛預約就能馬上送到了（ps：當時點了兩瓶水）

先説最大的優勢，酒店旁邊就是地鐵站，出去玩簡直不要太方便！ 酒店在五一大道臨街的地方，旁邊不遠處就是居民區，很有煙火氣息！對面是佳兆和商場，茶顏悦色以及其他的吃吃喝喝也很方便！衞生也很棒，阿姨打掃的很乾凈，服務人員態度也很好，下次來長沙還住這裏！很推薦！

地理位置優越，地鐵二號線袁家嶺站2號口出來兩步路，去五一廣場、橘子洲等地鐵直達很方便，酒店對面就是佳兆業商場，茶顏悦色、墨茉點心局都有而且人少不用排隊;前台服務很好，很熱情;酒店早餐特別是現煮的麪和粉很贊，性價比高，非常推薦。

八樓有洗衣房，三台烘乾機三台洗衣機，是LG牌子的，非常好用，貼好標簽後還有服務員幫忙洗烘，真的是服務沒得説，前台也非常棒，有問題基本上都能解決，房間乾淨整潔舒適，出門就是地鐵口，真的是寶藏酒店

五星推薦，酒店交通方便門口就是地鐵站，很乾淨，設施也蠻新的，服務也很好，工作人員非常熱情。洗衣服務也很便利，早餐選擇很多，推薦炸醬麵～下次去長沙還住這裡！！！

環境很好，工作人員態度都很好，經常幫忙送東西上來，另外有機器人送外賣，也很方便。出門就是袁家嶺二號口，出行也很方便。也推薦酒店門口老爺爺的臭豆腐，吃過好幾家，老爺爺的算是性價比很高。

真的超出預期的好，首先要吹爆的是前台的兩個小姐姐！超級温柔超級有禮貌！！態度真的很好！！！（能不能給小姐姐加工資哇！） 環境很乾凈！送外賣有小機器人，可以自助洗衣和烘乾，很方便，還有跑步機～ 離地鐵站巨無敵近，地鐵二號口出來5m就是，我真的震驚！交通巨無敵方便～ 真的是我住過最好的酒店之一！下次來長沙還住！

酒店實在是太棒啦，前台服務超好👍，會介紹房型特點，又問必答，早餐豐富多樣，長沙米粉、炸醬麪他家的特別好吃，出門就是地鐵口出行很方便，房間設施齊全，床品非常舒服柔軟，大堂也非常寬敞明亮，下次還會再來

酒店就在地鐵口旁邊，出行非常方便，距橘子洲、五一廣場都是地鐵2號線直達，走累了還能回來休息一下，點外賣也方便。前台戴眼鏡的小姐姐服務態度很好，也很積極的幫助解決問題。機器人送餐，刷卡用電梯，空調無異味，洗浴乾淨，總體還算滿意，但部分設施仍存在不足，希望早日改進，下次來長沙會優先選擇這裏👍🏻
