This morning, while preparing my coffee at the coffee machine, she accidentally spilled hot coffee on my hand due to a staff member's lack of attention. Instead of offering appropriate assistance, she merely stated, "用水沖沖就好了,我給你拿燙傷膏," which made me feel as though I was the one at fault. Following this incident, no staff members approached to provide help; I was left alone in the washing area for over five minutes, which I find completely unacceptable.
I was unable to identify the staff member involved, as she did not provide her name; however, the duty manager at that time was 杨雪. I ultimately had to walk to the service desk to seek assistance, after which 杨雪 came to help. When I inquired about the standard operating procedure (SOP) for handling such situations, she was unable to provide a clear answer, indicating a potential lack of training among the staff.
This entire experience was both frustrating and disappointing
