A very nice boutique hotel located in a quiet rejuvenated heritage area. Nice and clean rooms. 600-700m walking distance to Peiyuanqiao metro station. From there one stop train ride to the busy Wuyi and Huangxing shopping district. Lots of food options nearby the hotel. Very helpful staff provided good dining recommendations.

Vert nice and beautiful hotel, which is also a tea house. The staff is very kind and helpful even if you can't speak chinese and they have a washing machine that you can use. The room was beautiful, with a bathtub, a tea table with a set and a screen and videoprojector. It is very well located, in a trendy neighborhood and not too far from the metro. Great experience as a foreigner overall!

Very nice place! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, largely thanks to the ircredibly friendly owner and staff. Their passion for tea was evident; they were always eager to share their knowledge and engage in delightful discussions about different varieties and brewing methods. They offer a nice selection of good teas for tasting. I recommend it to anyone who enjoys good tea or simply wants to stay in a calming environment.

You have to walk a little bit of a bumpy road to get into your stay. The location is great with walking distance to all the hot spots. Came during summer so it was crazy hot, loved that after shopping you can take didi back which is nearby so it’s cheap. I got the queen sized bed with the tea area and the space was so big it was a plus for 2 big luggage. The front of house has amazing service and the cleaning aunty was such a sweetheart. They refuelled us with alot of water. There’s good food around and everywhere is instagrammable. However there were a few constructions going on, so you can hear some noise if you’re a light sleeper. They also provided ear plugs but it didn’t help much for me. For the price you’re paying, it’s super worth it!!!

The home stay is located at an alley where car have no access, therefore guests will have to carry their luggages from the taxi drop off point (good 5mins walk on uneven road, with construction debris), furthermore there is no lift in home stay, inconvenient to guests living at second storey (thankfully the staff assist to bring our luggages to our room). Poor sound proofing, we can still hear conversations from the streets below despite all windows and doors close. There is abandoned / empty block across our home stay, which is not ideal for us since we returns late at night. The window blinds can be considered to change to curtains as the gaps are quite big, can somewhat see through.

Although our staff helped carry your luggage, this is not a long-term solution. We are already planning to upgrade and renovate the homestay, and hopefully, an elevator will be added in the future to enhance the guests' stay experience.We have taken note of the problems of poor sound insulation and the large gaps in the blinds. We will immediately arrange professionals to conduct evaluations and formulate solutions, such as adding soundproofing materials and replacing them with more suitable curtains, to ensure that guests can enjoy a quiet and comfortable resting environment.Concerning the uneasiness brought to you by the abandoned/empty block across from our homestay, we will strengthen the security patrols in the surrounding area to ensure the safety of guests when they go out at night.We are fully aware that these problems have left regrets on your current stay. We will make improvements as quickly as possible and welcome you again with a brand-new look. We will definitely give you a satisfactory answer. The most amazing place to stay in Changsha! It's located right in the heart of Chaozong street, where there are many shops, cafes and bars to hang out at. The street is lively but not too crowded, making it a good spot for solo travellers to hang out at night before returning to the accomodation. The service was top notch - the aunty was really helpful and warm, and the male staff at the counter is a great conversationalist. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day. Couldn't have chosen a better place to live at in Changsha. I'll definitely be back!

We apeared to early and the room was not ready. The staff was really nice and gave us tea and local snacks. The homestay has a beautiful traditional architecture and a quiet inner curtyard. The location is very central and you can find a lot of food, bars and shops around it.

My friends and I stayed for 2 nights and it was better than what we expected! We booked 2 rooms with 2 individual rooms each and only saw some pictures from trip.com, and they looked exactly the same in real life. The staff there was really really friendly and helpful since we arrived, which is nice because we are foreigners and two of my friends couldn't speak Chinese. They offer you free tea whenever you want and a chill out area in the lobby, where you can have breakfast, have tea, etc. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, I have nothing to complain about, to be honest. We didn't do any research about the area, but everything turned out quite good. The historical area is full of small local shops and bars that you will 100% fall in love with, so don't worry about being a bit far from the city crowd. All in all, I'd stay again there if I go back to Changsha, the relation price/quality is perfect. Grateful for finding this place and if anyone from the hotel is reading this, thanks for the snacks you gave us before leaving! ＜3

滿分好評！起初從網上看到介紹，已覺得這旅店很好！有古式的味道之餘，又能有現代的設計感，加之房間空間也大。原本已在心底打定折扣，怕期望越大失望越；誰知到步後，從接待到環境，加上住宿感受，也是十分滿意的！老闆和員工待客都十分熱情，也耐心、細心，又介紹我們吃和玩的。我們一行人都被照顧得很好！不得不提，他們的茶真的十分好喝，喜歡喝茶的，一定要找時間留店圍爐歎歎茶！最後，老闆更送給我們自家制的咸酸濕，若暈車可有用了。住後感一流！👍🏻

真的很喜歡這家民宿，環境很好，一樓茶室，樓上是客房，有洗衣機乾衣機我們訂了其中一間榻榻米房，很適合一家人出行。唯一不足是床墊太軟。老闆娘還會出來接我們，遇到問題也很熱心告知。
