We're delighted to have chosen Sheraton service apartment for our family stay again! This is our second time here, and the service remains exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, exceeding our expectations. The room was spotless, and the central location made it easy to explore the area. We appreciate the team's dedication to providing outstanding hospitality. We'll definitely be back!

The staff were great and extremely friendly. The room was clean with good amenities, the swimming pool had a great view of the city. The gym was very pleasant. The location was very central. Monica Tan was an extremely helpful member of staff who made the trip extremely pleasant. I would recommend 10/10.

Location: It shares the same front space as another hotel, just keep walking to your right to reach this one. The pro here is that it's close to Wuyi Square which is around 10-15 minutes away. There are some restaurants and fruit shops nearby too. It's also pretty close to one of the railway stations, a bit far from the airport though. The bad thing is that it's kind of located on a busy street, so around certain times, there's traffic. Cleanliness: Overall, everything was pretty clean. Service: The front desk girl is really friendly and if you ever need anything, can either WeChat her or call the front desk. She even gifted us with goodies when we left. Facilities: Slept well, bed was soft and comfortable. Everything was pretty good, the only thing I would complain about is probably how high the heater is. I was sweating. Overall, enjoyed my stay here, and would return. I enjoyed having my separate room and having the option for a fridge and microwave just in case. There's free water, snacks, and fruits upon check-in. U.S. passport friendly.

The Sheraton has seen better days but this is offset by the large rooms and bathrooms and kitchen etc. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and looked fir ways to make our stay more pleasant e.g. getting us more drinking water. They were also very quick.at naming-up our room.

五一假期選擇的這家酒店公寓，總體來説還是比較滿意。位置：在開福區周邊有很多家銀行，據説有長沙的金融街之稱。 離很多景點省博物館， 橘子洲、 步行街打車都在十分鐘之內。 環境： 酒店乾淨整潔，環境很好， 大堂光線充足明亮。 設施：非常齊全，吹風機好用， 還有洗衣機哦。 服務：酒店員工雪梨的服務熱情，退房落下的物品及時聯繫，還幫忙郵寄過來。

酒店離地鐵站和五一廣場很近，出行方便；房間很乾凈，住宿很安靜，游泳池很乾凈，健身器材也很全。帶孩子出行，房間準備了小童用品，準備了水果零食，天氣熱，冰箱裏還貼心給冷凍了飲料，服務很不錯！前台小姐姐怕我們找不到酒店，一路提醒，謝謝！

位置方便，距離地鐵、湖南博物館、五一廣場都非常近。房間新，臨街也不吵，睡得很舒服。早餐超級豐富，腸粉味道很贊！泳池很大很乾凈，水温舒服，桑拿很好。管家小秦很熱情，很專業。給小朋友送了早餐。退房忘了充電頭，還主動聯繫我給送來了。真心推薦！ 歡迎水果:一大盤！蘋果香蕉芒果橘子🍊

酒店位置不錯，離省博較近，去橘子洲、五一廣場等地方也都方便。房間面積很大，有百來平，兩個單獨的卧室，而且都獨立衞生間，互不影響，非常好。設施齊全，有個單獨的廚房，有洗衣機、冰箱、微波爐、電磁爐、餐桌也很大。衞生打掃的很細緻，床品乾淨整潔。工作人員的服務還挺好，不管是前台和客房服務人員都很熱情，有求必應。在入住前一天管家小周打了電話給我問我入住習慣這些，還發了個打卡攻略給我。總的來説，入住體驗比較好。

有朋友約了過來一起談事情，訂了一間兩室的，這個房型特別好，有個客廳還有茶具，提供了茶葉，還有紅茶和綠茶茶包可以選擇，房間靠近居民樓這邊的也很安靜，特別適合跟朋友一起談事情。管家服務也很周到，小秦很熱情，送了歡迎水果，還有外賣也幫忙送過來了。很不錯的一次出行，已經推薦給我的朋友們

房間打掃得乾乾靜靜，毛巾被子等物品都擺放得整整齊齊，可以看出客房阿姨的專業細緻。位置也很好，去五一廣場，省博物館，橘子洲等打卡點都很近，坐地鐵打車都很方便。房間設施齊全，咖啡機，茶具，小冰箱，微波爐都配齊了，還有管家小秦提出表揚，熱情周到，每次經過前台都會微笑打招呼幫忙按電梯。太棒了，下次來長沙還住這家

再次入住，無它，性價比一流！環境整潔，設施齊全像非常舒適，這次還包括了豐盛的早餐！前台小譚是老熟人了，服務熱情周到，位置一流停車也方便。房間隔音好，床品柔軟睡得很香，可以使用喜來登的泳池健身房也非常棒！今後將陸續繼續，希望小譚繼續給我們升級哦！

這家公寓的兩室一廳套房太適合家庭出遊了！房間寬敞明亮，設施非常完善，有兩個獨立的房間和客廳，洗衣機超實用，地理位置優越，另外管家服務響應迅速，特別給小譚點個贊，房間乾淨整潔無異味，整體環境也都不錯，以後會常來。
