We are visitors from the UK who spent a 3 night stay at the the Fancy Hotel. We chose it due to the hotel’s proximity to Hunan Museum - less than 10 minutes walk away. The location is great - Martyr’s Park is just alongside the museum. It is a lovely place to walk and there is plenty to do once you are inside. There is also a metro station and very large shopping mall with numerous eateries - including a Burger King and KFC within easy walking distance. The hotel is clean and modern. Decor is good. Our room was a little small, but comfortable and had everything we could need for a short stay - including charging cables and electric curtains! There was an extensive range of Chinese options for breakfast. Western options were more limited and included fruit, toast, butter, jam, boiled eggs, coffee, croissants and a surprising array of small cakes. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. They did not speak English - but patience, a smile and Google translate helped us to communicate. The hotel has a roof garden and small gym There are food delivery options, which we didn’t have time to investigate. Sadly there did not appear to be anywhere to buy a coffee on site. We liked the hotel and thought it great value for money. We would definitely return on a future trip to Changsha.

It is very near hunan museum which is the main purpose for our stopover. Many eating places around hotel. Hotel breakfast is simple and pleasant.

The front desk staffs are friendly yet need more trainings and feedbacks. The first day they ask about the passport and get the wrong picture. And the second day they get it done for good. That staff really need more training and more knowledge. They get us snacks in the end anyway. The facilities are pretty good. They have complete breakfast though. The room is clean and tidy. Good that the hotel are located near bus stop and metro. Worth the price.

The hotel is very clean and profesional. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast has an ample range for the hungry traveller with the Chinese food cooked to perfection and decent bread but not many cereal options. I would have preferred there to be sugar-free options with the hot drinks but there is hot water for tea bags. The decor is superb and bed warm and comfortable. I didn't get to see the museum so if I come back then I will probably choose to stay here again!

Very nice Hotel close to the Hunan Museum. A visit is really valuable and the Hotel Quality is perfect.

Cleanliness, friendly staffs, room size is good. Convenience to go around.

Clean and good service

Bathroom: Very big showering area, I estimate it at around 6-7m2. water heats up quickly and makes for a good showering experience. Living area: also roomy, big windows show a good city view, the bedside outlets are equipped with usb charging ports, pretty convenient. Facilities: Very petite gym room with two treadmills and a small dumbbell rack up to 30kg, a conference room, a laundry room and a small sky garden, all at 12f. No breakfast because of covid restrictions.

Everything was perfect, stayed for several days.

服務：非常好！前台和衞生阿姨有求必應！ 大堂漂亮寬敞設計風格現代。 房間夠大，床品乾淨整潔舒服。衞生間沒味，洗澡出水順暢。 早餐好吃。餐廳寬敞明亮。 位置方便，的士司機都説好。 附近好吃的老菜館好多，吃不過來。 離地鐵10分鐘左右。 有洗衣房很好，天台花園雅緻漂亮。 缺點：電梯的地毯需要吸一下灰。

早餐種類豐富，食材新鮮，味道非常好。餐廳的環境也很舒適，服務人員非常細心，隨時關注客人的需求。考慮到酒店的設施、服務以及地理位置，性價比非常高。無論是商務出行還是旅遊度假，這裏都是一個絕佳的選擇。總之，這次入住體驗讓我非常滿意，強烈推薦給所有需要入住的朋友！下次再來這座城市，我一定會再次選擇這家酒店！

房間很周正，且中式風格是個人比較喜歡的風格之一，而且房間也很有設計感，前台也非常貼心的給予服務，離店時贈送了小朋友禮物，非常感謝，窗口看到的落日很美吧
