Nervan Light House·LOFT Hotel (Changsha South High-speed Railway Station)

water tap is not functional. front desk is located in another bulding from the hotel. cannot travel by train need to get the taxi and even local taxi doesn't know how to find the building.

Hotel was good location but they have changed to Nervan relaxing hotel ! We have booked on trip.com as Nervan Lighthouse loft hotel ! How could we knows was the same hotel as we booked ! Staff could not speak English at all we lost time more than an hour to communicated with her till we got the room! That's so stupid ! If they could not find someone who can speak English to work for them they should out of trip.com ! Curtain & carpet was so dirty made me coughing whole night! This is bad!!!

We booked 2 rooms and pay an extra money for staying7people but the hotel set the room only for 3 people for each room no extra bed besides that they provide only 2 bottles of water and 2 towel even though i go to the lobby and ask for more towel they deny to give us. ทำเลดี ห้องสะอาด แต่การจัดการแย่ จองมา2 ห้อง ห้องระบุว่า ห้องนึงอยุ่ได้3คน เรามา7คน จ่ายเงินเพิ่มเรียบร้อย ปัญหาเกิดคือ 1.ห้องนึงมีผ้าเช็ดตัว2ผืนสองห้องรวม 4ผืน ไปขอเพิ่ม ก็ไม่ได้มาทั้งๆที่คิดเงินเพิ่มจำนวนคนแล้ว 2.คิดเงินจำนวนคนเพิ่มไปแล้ว ถามเตียงเสริมบอกๆไม่มีให้ 3.ที่พักอยู่ชั้น24 ลิฟขึ้นขั้น24ขึ่นไม่ได้ถ้าไม่มี บัตร โทรติดต่อลำบากมากหากซื้อซิมมาละใช้ไม่เป็น ต้องอาศัยรอคนที่อาศัยในตึก ช่วยแตะบัตรให้ 4.อินเตอร์เนต wifi ใช้งานไม่ได้ทั้งๆใส่รหัสผ่านเรียบร้อย ช้ามาก สุดท้ายจริงที่พักไม่ได้เเย่ หากมาสองคนไม่น่ามีปัญหาอะไร แต่หากมาละเสียเงินเพิ่ม ไม่แนะนำ
