Nice and Clean Room, Hotel Location was Great to go anywhere, Recommend to everyone, we also will be back again

Upon arrival, we are warmly welcome by the counter staff~叶子小姐 who assisted me in checking in to the room. She was so kind to give us a free up grade of having 4 beds (1 king, 1 single and 2 single beds instead of my original 3 beds ~ 1 king, 1 double and 1 single) on top of that, she added me in the WeChat to introduce places of interest to visit and to message her if we needed further assistance. The location is good as malls everywhere near hotel. There is also a karaoke at level 4. Use 大众点评网to book the room. We had a good deal of having singing session for a small room for RMB $40.🤫

Very near to metro and breakfast Is included .Breakfast everyday serve the similar food. Staff at the cafeteria doesnt look friendly.

The room is clean, facilities look good. Nice place to stay~ definitely will be my first choice to stay at if I visit Changsha again.

Room is clean and spacious. Mattress and pillow are firm enough to get a good rest. The hotel even has free service to help you send luggage to the airport. You can pick up your luggage at the airport before your night flight. Washing machines are old and one seems to be faulty. Overall satisfied.

Very convenient location from Wuyi Square station. Reception lady is also nice! I'll recommend others to stay.

Great location! About 2-3 mins walk from Wuyi Square Metro exit 7. There are plenty of restaurants, malls, and in close walking proximity to the famous locations including the store that sells those oversized snacks. The hotel offers breakfast which is 6.5/10. The reception is on the 7th floor and I got a room on the 14th floor, fairly large and comfortable. There were a few things that could use repair and deep cleaning but was okay for the price and considering the location. Overall, recommend and would stay there if I ever visit Changsha again.

Great location with all the big malls, restaurants, and MRT within walking distance. The hotel is a bit dated, but the room is spacious and clean. We appreciate the availability of the laundrette as well as the free delivery of our luggage to the airport. There is also a famous spa located within the hotel at level 8, which is open for 24 hours. Generally, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The only disappointment is that they do not have connecting rooms for families.

Very well. They help me when I was in trouble. The only suggest I'd be is to put in the panel of the entrance, the name of the hotel and le floor of reception in English.

叶子 and staffs have been very helpful and friendly. Misplaced my camera and they assisted to locate it. They were kind and thoughtful. After all it’s the people that makes the place memorable. Hotel is in a great location. Will be back!

5 star service and comfortable hospitality. Nice double decker bed for kids. Water pressure a bit low. Overall we have a pleasant stay! Keep it up!
