I enjoyed my time staying in this hotel, it is really convenient and near to all the main attractions, the nightlife is just downstairs and very nice. Room is comfortable and has a great view will stay again

Nice and clean hotel with living room, small kitchen and 2 bedroom on the 2nd level. Good location with many shopping mall & restaurants nearby. Lobby counter is located at level 7. Good customer service. Highly recommend!

I have book Cyberpunk room because I want Cyberpunk theme and console game However, on the date of arrival reception say that this room was not available and does not tell us why. She refused to give us the room and change the room to another one that I didn’t want so I ask her to change to the pool room but she refused and ask me to pay for extra. In addition, the room she give us is not good compared to the Cyberpunk and very dirty full of dust and some insect. On the check out date the time of check out is 12:00 at 11:40 their was a staff trying to open the door without permission I told them that I’m going out please wait there is no manner for staff here I recommend the one who read this review to book another hotel (this one likely a service apartment not hotel because it is located in the complex tower) In conclusion, this is the worst experience of hotel I ever had !!!

The location of the hotel was great with plenty of food options and shopping! The hotel was difficult to find as it is part of a building. You would need to take the elevator up to check-in at reception before you go to a different floor to find your room. It feels more like student accommodation/hostel during this process rather than a hotel. The loft itself was big and spacious but it was clear that there were some areas and details that required improvement but it was a great hotel for the price you pay. The staff were great help and were quick to reply on WeChat if you required any help. Overall, it was a good and spacious hotel!

Rooms are stylish, clean, and comfortable, with modern amenities. The staff are attentive and friendly, ensuring a seamless stay. Highly recommended for business or leisure travelers seeking convenience and comfort.

It will be good if the hotel provides a dryer. We booked 3 rooms with 2 bathrooms, but only 1 bathroom can take a shower.

The hotel is super hard to find but in the very good location. The room smells of cigarettes and the staff were helpful. I have to ask 4-5 people to help me find the hotel

The location was perfect in the heart of the city! Close to touristic places. And subway was very near. Staff is very friendly. And the view from the windows was wonderful! We spent good time and enjoyed our time here :)

this hotel has one of the best customer service. We greatly appreciated the staff who went out of their way to help us even at 4AM in the morning when we faced an incident in the streets. They physically came down to meet us and help us with translations and communicating with the other party, without which our experience in Changsha would have been much worse. Besides that, the room was very clean and well maintained, very comfortable to live in! We will come back again on our next visit to Changsha
