Booked last minute while waiting for our flight and the staff was quick to organise a room.
The food for the breakfast was good with a lot of options.
The shower gel smells so GOOD!

Will be good if the laundry facilities be improved. Please have separate washing machine and dryers. The washer/dryer machine takes a very long time to dry the clothes.

I liked the decoration of the room. It was simple, but really homey. The rooms have an AI control panel that you can use to control the lights, temperature and set an alarm (can change settings to English but need to speak to the AI in Chinese). The ventilation of the room was nice and it felt very comfortable. The airport shuttle service was convenient, and the hotel is only 5 minutes from the airport.Reservation department Kiki's quality of service was also very good, we were very satisfied with the experience!
