The room is not too clean but the location of the hotel is strategic. Image attached is the toilet bowl of the hotel room we got.

Good place to stayed and worth-it for money. Need to travel further a bit for Good Restaurant and others attraction places. But still, a good place to stayed for overnight.

stayed here for a short break before gg to TH. small hotel but sufficient. no lifts, plenty parking space available. no toothbrush and shampoo, only liquid soap provided. our tv didnt work, called the technician and he changed the remote but still no channel detected. we hd to toggle it on our own to find channels, only 2 detected. toilet seat chipped off at the side. stayed in a family room, total of 6 pillows provided. 👍deposit of rm50 in cash. all good, may return.

staff service ok. I use to stay in this hotel whenever I come business trip. The Hotel was conveniently located and is easily found. The room very comfortable, the bed is comfortable for stay. The facilities is fine and acceptable.

We booked a standard room for a couple at T Hotel Changlun due to urgent matters. Unfortunately, the room was disappointing. It was not well-maintained and lacked basic amenities such as shampoo, shower gel, kettle, and hairdryer. The room had a noticeable smell of humidity, which made the stay uncomfortable. The service experience was below expectations. There were issues with the air conditioning unit in the room—it was not functioning properly and leaked water, which soaked the floor and my bag. Luckily, my laptop was not on there at the time. The overall facilities were inadequate for the price paid. The room conditions were subpar, and the malfunctioning air conditioning unit was a major inconvenience. Our overall experience at T Hotel Changlun was highly disappointing. The room conditions did not meet basic standards, and the lack of amenities along with the malfunctioning air conditioning made our stay unpleasant.
