It was amazing to enjoy the great service the first step in the stuff on the doir handover a tissue gor wiping my glasses all the staff very kind and helpful a great value for money the rooms very nice and clean the TCM treatment at his own class an highlight was the outdoor pool

It's always a pleasure to be able to come to GuoXiNanShan hot springs and Hotel. Their attention and attentiveness is amazing! I am giving them a 5 star review. It's clean and beautiful. They gave us a welcoming fruit platter and gave the kids a welcoming gift. The hot springs are wonderful, so warm and relaxing. I totally recommend you visit this hotel and Hot Springs. We will definitely come back again and again. Thank you 💚

The hotel is very nice. Absolutely ALL the staff is super friendly and are always willing to help, despite not speaking the language they have made an effort to meet all our needs. The room surprised us a lot, because everything is perfect for the children. We were there with our 3 children (11, 5 and 3 years old) and the truth is that there is entertainment for all ages! There is small football, board games, ping pong table, billiard table, karaoke, there are also chicks and alpacas and a panda show. Breakfast is very well stocked, there is food for all tastes. The pools and hot springs are in very good condition. Thank you very much to all the staff for making us feel welcome the whole time, we will definitely be back very soon.

A fabulous hotspring resort with many baths to choose from. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with good view of the springs or garden. Staff are pleasant and hotel is exquisite.

Very good location, service and the swimming pool area is wonderful.

Good hotel at changchun clean and quiet will come again certainly!

We got the deluxe room and it was big and clean and very nice. We had the breakfast buffet, there were Chinese dishes and not so much western food, but it was delicious. The kids play area was also super clean, my baby and daughter enjoyed it very much. The hot Spring was amazing and clean, overall it was a great experience, definitely will come back!

Had yet another fab experience at this great hotel! As always, this hotel offers a great escape from the city; with fab gardens, excellent food, and an endless array of activities to keep everyone happy. Beautifully appointed rooms with enormous beds and marbled bathrooms and lush toiletries. The staff here are so courteous and helpful-impeccable service. Throughout the entire facility you are greeted and guided around. A special mention goes to young Fairy for all her efforts; from check in through to check out. Our every wish was accommodated, even when I requested for a birthday cake (to surprise my friend) Fairy organised it and it was freshly prepared and delivered to the lounge, accompanied with fresh fruit! Wow! Thank you Fairy for all your hard work! This is my All time favourite now. Thank you all for looking after us so well!

We really enjoyed our trip as a family in a Deluxe room. Very convenient to use the hot springs, restaurant with delicious Chinese food, breakfast also great (not too many 'western' things though, but great Chinese food). The service both of restaurant staff and hotel staff was excellent - a big "thank you" to Mr Wang Chunsheng, who took great care of us!

必須十顆星好評[強]意料之外的很棒~ 一開始因為行程安排的問題到店太晚，泡温泉的時間趕不上趟，還是有些許鬱悶~温泉九點關門，因為票是單次有效的，以為晚上沒得泡，衹能等到第二天退房前…結果管家KiKi給我們都考慮到了，讓我們第二天和當天晚上都有機會去泡~房間方面，KiKi管家主動幫我們升級，在這個暑期能有這種待遇很意外~又是一個棒👍🏻，管家還特意徵求我們意見，在大床房加浴缸和雙床房➕寬敞之間給了我們充分而友好的建議~ 池子都沒看到哪明顯的不乾淨不衞生~又是一個很棒！室外，是真的冷🥶小土豆始終沒能克服~這是小遺憾哈~第二天早上去了沖浪區漂流~兩個娃別提多開心了！重點是！很乾凈~場內的服務人員也態度巨好~嚴格要求不給帶浴巾進水，期間遇見一個阿姨裹着兩條浴巾，工作人員都喊破嗓子了（沖浪音樂聲音大）還是一直努力在提醒~拖鞋也有及時擺放整齊，讓人感官很棒！但是，温泉區前台的工作人員跟酒店前台的服務態度對比差異明顯，前者部分工作人員可能面對的人太多，沒啥笑容的~後者全程客客氣氣~總體好評，不能説他們差哈 要實在要提個問題…有一個地方還能改進下…就是客房裡可以考慮放一下護髮素[偷笑]雖然可能沒人用，畢竟温泉區的洗護用品還是很充足的~但是這麼優秀的酒店不應該有缺陷哈 最後早餐的白色早餐腸是冰的[旺柴]不知道是不是沒開保温~早餐…當時九點半去的，感覺沒什麼好吃的了，但是看在酸奶的面兒我感覺應該也不會差的…餐廳門口的工作人員也是滿分~ 考慮到了我沒考慮到的問題[偷笑]還十分貼心，這足以讓我這個南方小土豆家庭~下次來長春繼續打卡！

長春親子體驗最好的一家酒店。 酒店的位置離市區有一點距離，但是從市區的路上一路上穿越被白雪覆蓋的森林，路上基本見不到幾輛車，那感覺超級贊，樹上全都掛着霧凇非常美 親子酒店為小童考慮的非常周到，管家鄭鄭提前加微信，回覆非常及時，房間佈置的很温馨，入住送了乳酪蛋糕很香甜可口 房間空間很大維護的很好，很整潔，設施也很齊全。温泉裏泳池的水温也很好，比一般泳池高，體感很舒適。沖浪和漂流每天固定時間，一定要體驗，建議提前準備圈，如果沒自己帶可以現場租或者買，也不貴。 酒店的小火鍋主打養生，套餐的性價比很高，2人根本吃不完。再次感謝鄭鄭管家熱心的服務。

入住體驗很好，前廳和客房服務都很熱情到位，看我們帶着孩子，免費升級了親子房，還贈送了孩子的温泉票👍🏻房間舒適安靜，睡眠質量很好，衞生間寬敞。提前入住的好處，就是早上可以不慌不忙吃完早餐再去温泉。雖然下午有事中午就返程了，但是孩子很開心，忙裡偷閒的放鬆了身心，是週末休閑的好選擇

這次時間有限衹入住了1晚，但擋不住我對酒店的好評，秒殺很多國際聯號的酒店，硬件總有更好的，但深入人心的永遠是服務。到店比較晚了，預訂時有備註帶娃，入住時DM Kiki非常熱情的介紹酒店設施，還給娃送了個掛件小禮物，甚是開心。禮賓小夥兒全程微笑服務，耐心靠譜（酒店的禮賓部服務跟進及時，第二天寄存取行李高效快捷）。進入客房，映入眼簾的床品裝飾，還有單獨的小童備品，這是佔了娃的光了，歡迎水果點贊，床邊還貼心的放置了唐老鴨的隔板，放置娃睡着翻身跌落，非常好的設施，沒有焦慮的睡了一個整夜覺。早餐廳菜品齊全，來晚了到了收餐時間，不管是服務生還是清潔大姐都是全程微笑提醒（很抱歉我們拖了很久吃完才走）。水上樂園和温泉區域是娃的天堂，結束時都不想出來了，服務還是非常連貫，都有微笑對話提醒。就是造浪池和空中漂流每次時間太短了，衹有20分鐘，玩的不夠盡興，不過這不是重點。室外温泉體驗也是絕了，四大美女湯池作陪，冰火兩重天。水上區域附近都能第一時間拿到烘乾帶温度的浴巾，更衣室小夥兒幫忙協助甩幹機，遺漏物品也能第一時間幫忙收納至前台，點贊。總之此次在酒店內，全程無憂，希望服務團隊和管理層繼續加油 預祝生意長虹[慶祝][慶祝]

這次入住國信南山酒店整體非常滿意，我本來定的是雙床房1.2的，酒店管家張寧佳看我們夫妻倆帶兩個孩子，給我們免費升級家庭房這樣住的更舒服，真的是太貼心了，客房部還給送了果盤、牛奶和花茶非常周到，很開心的一次温泉體驗，還有豐盛早餐，以後還會再來
