Hotel Shivalikview

Very old hotel. Furniture was broken. Hotel needs renovation. Food was nice. Little more cleanliness in the rooms are required.

Worst experience of hotel staying. They are claiming a 4 star hotel. Actually this is 1 star accommodation. There main focus on banquet booking. Concerns 1) first welcome, they asked me to wait for few minutes, after which they forgot to call me for check in. No one available to pickup the luggage. 2) rooms worse, its better to stay in jungle. Dirty bedsheets, poor flooring, broken old almera, improper lighting. 3) washroom is something priority in any place. Here it's smells like public toilets. 4) food is not available around the clock. If you want to lunch at 4 pm nothing is available inside this building. 5) need to reset key card every-time from front desk after locking room. 6) cockroach also roaming around room. Few good things 1) location is very good almost everything is walking distance 2) food quality is good, however they are charging very high cost like cost of 1 ltrs bottle is 150rs

Location too good, food was good except for few dishes, amenities ok, the room needs renovation, bed sheets not so clean.

Staff doesn’t pick up phone at all room walls and bathrooms stained no body ask about your luggage pick up even parking at owner risk they charge fully for triple sharing but neither offer towl tea bag’s brush for 3 person

Shivalikview is a definite favourite. Clean rooms, good service and polite staff. Will definitely recommend. 5/5!
