Der Service war top, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Zimmer sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Spa ist etwas klein, wenn es viele Besucher hat. Das Frühstück war Klasse

We have been coming here for several years now, and the hotel, staff and facilities are charming and of very high quality. The addition of a spa several years ago is a wonderful feature, particularly after skiing. The restaurant is now up to the level of the hotel too.

We visited for a birthday trip and the hotel made special accomodations to make it feel special. From accomodating the request for a bottle of champagne upon arrival, to also providing special happy birthday room decorations and cakes on the actual birthday day. They went above and beyond to make the trip very special. The room and the spa are also very nice, and the food in the restaurant is realyl high quality.

We utterly loved our stay at BeauSejour. So many little attentive details considered for busy and tired skiiers. Not a thing was hard work or inconvenient. Every member of staff was helpful, curious, delightful. Delicious breakfast, Very fun spa, wonderful, spacious room with high quality linens. Three tiny bits of feedback--larger towels would be helpful, keep Spa open til 8pm and finally ensure all flavours of tea are available between spa, breakfast bar and 8pm tea bar (we missed our mint tea!) But still 5 star all the way!!!

We tried to close later, but found that after 7pm, our spa was very often unoccupied. As a sustainable hotel with the Swisstanable label, it doesn't fit in with our values to leave a whole structure open without it being used. As for the teas, it's a choice on our part not to put all the varieties of tea we have everywhere, but we stay at the disposal of our guests if you would like a particular flavour. We look forward to seeing you again in Champéry

Beautiful hotel in Champéry. very nice spa, great breakfast, very nice hosts, great scenery Compared to 8 years ago (our last stay) it has lost a little bit of its family-like atmosphere as they extended the hotel.

A superb hotel. The food is a treat for the eyes and absolutely delicious. Bravo to the chef ! The room was spacious with a terrace offering a wonderful view on the mountains. This was not the first time we've stayed here. I highly recommend the Boutique Hotel Beau-Sejour and Spa.

Lovely family run hotel, super welcome and great, friendly service from everyone. Very nice room with jacuzzi bath, very clean and comfortable.Delicious meal in the restaurant and super breakfast too, well worth a visit, would highly recommend!

Had a beautiful 4 night stay and would love to return some day! My room was spotless, Wi Fi signal strong, breakfast very tasty, hotel personnel very friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic! Within walking distance of restaurants, grocery store, Teleferique, etc. Be ready to do some uphill walking. Be sure to request pick up and drop off at the train station. It's close by but difficult with heavy suitcases.

Very clean and tidy, very cosy. Amazing spa which was so clean and relaxing. Delicious food in the stylish restaurant and great breakfast. Lovely little touches all throughout the hotel to enjoy your stay. Would love to come back to this place one day

I stayed for 3 nights. Service was excellent. Rooms are clean, bed and pillows are comfy, shower is nice and warm. The air in Champery is very clean you just feel invigorated breathing. The spa is something else! Hamam, sauna, warm relaxing pool with massage, cold pool, Scottish showers, included in the standard accommodation price. Breakfast is quite good (maybe add fried eggs besides boiled eggs), coffee selection is great and the bread is amazing.

I recently spent 2 nights at this lovely hotel and cannot wait to come back! The rooms were beautiful with the most breathtaking views! The service was impeccable, as well. I've already reserved my return trip for this summer! Thank you!

What an amazing hotel. Fabulous location and views and a perfect chocolate box buiding. Everything was great…. Breakfast and afternoon teas were fab, with the home made cakes to die for… The attached half board restaurant was excellent and for Switzerland was really good value and didn’t feel like half board, but rather a special occasion every evening. The rooms and facilities were excellent… Full of so many beautiful, welcoming touches. Finally, all of the staff were so helpful and friendly, especially in dealing with the complex non-EU Covid paperwork. What a lovely place, we will be back!
