Where to start? Lets be positive..the staff were all very friendly and attentive and the manager (whose name I missed but has a nice dog) was very good in dealing with my complaint and said that she had only recently joined and recognised there was a lot to do. The plan was to spend a couple of days at the hotel relaxing in the grounds and making use of the pool etc however we decided to cut short our stay due to a number of reasons; Our room was the smallest in the Chateau and not really big enough for 2 people with two suitcases The mini bar could not be opened without rearanging the furniture first. The ac was noisy even when off. In the bathroom the toilet seat was broken and the shower head was leaking. A bin was just laying on its side under the vanity unit..I didn't check to see if it was clean or dirty. Generally the hotel is in need of a major upgrade. You can have an old property with old furnishings but they can still be maintained to a high standard or replaced if necessary...the bathroom could easily be bought up to date whereas currently it reminded me of my grans bathroom from the 80s. There would be more leeway but for the 5 star price and the hotel being nowhere near its supposed 5 star rating.

Superbe cadre, proximité du Puy Du Fou; maisonnettes très sympas et bien équipées pour une famille, avec vue sur les animaux. Bon rapport Qualité / Prix. Environnement reposant, balades apaisantes, jardins et parc bien entretenus Restauration limite, mais cela est repris en main par la nouvelle direction Bon courage pour le redémarrage, Merci

cabane dans les bois avec un toit en tole (c'est la seule) 48h de pluie et donc impossible de dormir avec le bruit de la pluie sur le toit, serrure de porte compliquée et peu fiable. 600 € les 2 nuits (10 % de rabais accordé à déduire). Le seul intérêt est la proximité du puy du fou ou les hôtels proposés sont largement supérieurs avec des prix équivalents, n'écrivez pas vous n'aurez pas de réponse.
