Fortune Park Dalhousie - Member ITC Hotels' Group

The balcony view from our room had an amazing backdrop of the mountains. The breakfast was excellent with so many American and Indian cuisine options and dinner was delicious. The maids were very friendly and provided great service. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying Dalhousie.

Excellent view from the room, loved the cozy balcony overlooking the mountains, Very warm , courteous & welcoming staff, at the checkin reception as well as Dining area & of course the house keeping staff too. Breakfast buffet is an excellent spread. Dinner A La Carte-- Chinese, Mexican, continental all was Special mention --Check in reception Anjali Sushil & Priya Dining-- Ravi, Deepika & 2 others whose names I cannot recollect. Special thanks to the superb singer Mr Pratham ( hope I got his name right) for making our evenings lively & memorable. Chef Anil too who made sure he understood what we wanted & delivered it too. Sorry if I missed out on any names, - cause each & every staff is sooo well trained to make sure you have a comfortable & memorable stay. The bathrooms need to be upgraded, no hook for the dryer, no napkin holders, water seeping out from the glass partition making the whole bathroom wet -- a few points which can be improved upon. Overall a memorable stay, will surely recommend.

Our 2 night stay at Fortune Park, Dalhousie was exhilarating to say the least. Ramandeep, Abhishek and Priya rendered us with attentive and warm services that made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. The rooms were very clean. We can’t also forget the impressive sight of the mountains from our balcony which was one of the best parts of the package. It was invigorating to open one’s eyes to such stunning views. The food at the hotel was however not an issue either, as each course had something different to offer. Our special thanks go to all the personnel members who really did their best to ensure that both the quality of our accommodation. I do recommend Fortune Park to anyone who is in search of a serene, picturesque and well serviced place to relax in Dalhousie.

A nice, quiet place and conveniently located. We were booked for 3 nights and had a very comfortable stay. Both the front desk and F&B staff were very accommodating and cordial. Housekeeping and in room services were quite prompt. Overall a decent stay. Areas of improvement : a better and mindful breakfast spread (sandwiches and breads were dried out, my husband was disappointed with the tea every day). However, a big shout out for getting the dosais and idlies spot on. Dining menu was very much not so inviting/tempting enough compared to other ITC properties. Overall energy could be better and bustling.

Me and my husband visited Dalhousie and stayed in Fortune Park. This I think is the best hotel in Dalhousie. We stayed in a Suite Room and enjoyed excellent views of the Pir Panjal Mountain range from sunrise to sunset. Food is very good and breakfast spread had lots of varieties. The location is little away from the crowded market place and therefore very peaceful. They have a well stocked bar with magnificent views of the mountains. Besides the regular dishes we were also served special local dishes like Madera and Siddhu. Lots of activities are organised by the hotel for the guests for their entertainment. They also have a temperature regulated swimming pool and an excellent Spa service. I would specifically like to mention the names of a few staff members who didn’t leave any stone unturned to make sure that we were satisfied and happy. The names are Diksha, Anjali, Deepika, Ravi, Mohit , Rohit, Vinod, Karan, Pratham besides driver Shiv, housekeeping staff Mandeep and Dai from the spa. Our five nights stay is really memorable and we shall sure to go back there again.

We had a fantastic family holiday experience at Fortune Park, Dalhousie. The presidential suite with a valley view was spacious and had everything that you need plus the warm and courteous service of the frontdesk, restaurant, housekeeping, etc. always with a smile made it a memorable experience for life. The front desk team and Mihir always welcomed us with a warm smile and special qawah, the restaurant staff and Mohit welcomed us a smile and snippets of Himachali cuisine and he and the Chef even served us with a special himalayan dish Muttun Khatta, touching our hearts. A big thank you to all the staff for making it a fantastic.
