Overall, the resort is good, but there are significant gaps in the services offered within the premium category. While there may not be many premium resorts nearby, the premium category is just that premium experience, regardless of location. It should meet all the expectations associated with this classification. When it falls short, it raises questions about whether the resort is truly aligned with its marketed category. The experience/services needs attention. The management should fine-tune operations, carefully double-checking each aspect to ensure they minimize these service gaps and deliver the high standards expected from a premium offering. Issues we encountered. 1. Due to the unavailability of the premium room, we had to book an entry-level room for one night and then move to the premium room the following day. Unfortunately, the room shift was not smooth at all. We had to take the initiative and repeatedly ask for the room change to ensure it didn’t interfere with our lunch or safari plans. However, despite our efforts, the shift only occurred at 2 PM, leaving us with just 20 minutes to have lunch before heading to the safari. Initiative must come from the hospitality team and they must inform us prior and set the expectation, so that rest everything can be planned accordingly. 2. Basic hygiene was lacking in the restaurant. I received a cup of coffee with a lipstick mark, which clearly indicated that it hadn't been properly cleaned. After I informed the staff, they apologized and provided a new cup, but the situation was still disgusting. This is not something you expect in a reputable resort. 3. In-house activity must be increased. ( Play area / Games etc )
