Brand New Vacation rental Cabin situated on a 5 acre parcel bordering the Keuka Lake Outlet and the Outlet Trail. The Outlet Trail is just over 6 miles long and runs from Keuka Lake (Penn Yan) to Seneca Lake (Dresden). The Cabin is fully insulated and features an electric fireplace, Air Conditioning, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot and USB chargers for cell phones/electronics. We are Vrbo Premier Host and our cabins are located on Italy Hill, in the heart of the Finger Lakes, in Yates County NY. Italy Hill is the 33rd highest peak in NYS. We are an easy 20 minute drive from Keuka and Canandaigua lakes which have multiple boat launches and stores for renting water toys. We are close to many good restaurants and to shopping. There are also 3000 acres of state land and parks within minutes for the outdoors-man/woman and for the serious hiker to explore. Our recently renovated two story cabin is situated on 1.8 acres with all amenities provided for a stress free vacation. Enjoy your coffee in the morning with deer, turkey and a number of other wildlife species right off one of the cabins' three porches. Enjoy a nice bon fire while taking in the unbelievable beauty of the areas night sky.The cabin has two BRs upstairs with queen size beds and a downstairs 3rd BR has a trundle bed with two twin size mattress. The full bathroom has plenty of room for the morning rush with pine accents throughout. The living room has a large screen TV with Roku stick. Both upstairs BRs have a TV with local stations. There is also fiber optic WiFi. So please come stay with us and enjoy our beautiful countryside and what the area has to offer. There’s just too much to do, be it hiking, fishing, wineries, antique shopping, you name it. Most cell phones will work at the cabin, depending on your provider and the weather but if you need a signal, one typically can get it on the road or a short distance down it.The cabins’ driveway can comfortably hold two or three cars or more if you don’t mind backing out of the driveway. Trucks with boats in tow are fine too. We have a grill for cooking steaks on the porch after a hard day enjoying the finger lakes or guest can cook inside with a fully functional kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave. Branchport and Keuka Lake State Park is a 10 minute drive, as is Prattsburgh. Naples is 15 minutes away and Penn Yan about 20. All three have Dollar and general stores for buying groceries. Penn Yan is the biggest town, with a cinema and more choices than the other area towns. However, one can’t beat Joseph’s fruit stand in Naples for freshly cooked pies, cakes, and bread as well as awesome fruits and veggies, as well as Lynnie Lou’s ice cream but Penn Yan has buckwheat pan cakes, Indian Pines Farm market and two ice cream stores, Seneca Farms and Macs Dairy bar! Enjoy your coffee in the morning with deer, turkeys and a number of other wildlife species right off of the spacious covered porch.The cabin has a queen size bed upstairs in the loft and a pull out futon suitable for one adult or two children downstairs, as well as a separate trundle bed with two twin size beds available. Please review photos of the living room, trundle and futon while its in the down sleeping position so you are familiar with all the sleeping arrangements. Also, please review the photos of the spiral staircase. Guests with limited mobility may find it harder to access the upstairs loft.We went all in when renovating the bathroom including it’s beautiful shower. Two bedroom Two full bath Log Cabin built in 2005 with 100 x 300 property including private beach front and dock located on the west side of Seneca lake. This is a non Smoking and Pet free residence with Central Air. The basement and any outbuildings are not included in the rental and are for our private use only. Unplug sit back and relax on the deck overlooking Seneca lake or just go down the steps to the private beach and dock. The main bedroom is a loft bedroom with private full bath and king bed. Bedroom two has a queen bed and door access to the main full bathroom. There is a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests in the living room. Kitchen has silverware, dishes for 6 as well as pots and pans for cooking. Enjoy cooking outside on the Weber grill, LP gas included. This property is located just 7 miles south of Geneva NY and Hobart and William Smith College. Enjoy 7 local wineries within 5 miles of the property. We are just a half mile from Fox Run Vineyards and walking distance to Weavers-View Farm Barn Weddings. There is also an additional 3 season space fully enclosed with windows all around. Other items included are stove/oven, refrigerator,microwave. Roy's Marina has boat rentals just a short distance away, so you can enjoy fishing, skiing or tubing on the lake. Nothing can be tied to the dock due to destruction of the dock and watercraft. I have one smaller spare boat hoist that can handle up to 16 or 17 foot boat We have outside security surveillance for the security of our property and insurance purposes. There are NO cameras inside any part of the residence. We have two cameras, one is located off the back ( driveway Side of the house) and one is located off the basement door and covers that area.
