Completed in January 2019, the Sugarbush Tiny House/Cabin is a cozy, yet comfortable, 152 SF of space saving design. You will be surprised how the Tiny House lives much larger than it's size.The Tiny House resides on 3.2 acres of wooded forest at the base of Mount Ellen/Sugarbush. You can ski-in from Lower FIS or Snowflake and the slopes are short walk (approximately 1/2 mile) to the base parking lot/shuttle. The Tiny House backs up to Lockwood Brook and 20+ acres of Sugarbush owned land.The Tiny House features an American Leather Comfort Sleeper Sofa which is considered the most comfortable sleeper sofa on the market. It is a technological marvel, easy to use, and its foam mattress guarantees a great night sleep.The surprisingly well equipped kitchen comes with a refrigerator, one induction burner, convection oven, Keurig K-cup coffee maker and dishwasher. A full assortment of cooking utensils are provided. You will be surprised how much space you have to prepare a meal if you desire! There is also an outdoor propane BBQ and Fire Pit for grilling and smoring!The Tiny House has a 12' Cathedral Ceiling. Heating is provided by Radiant Floor Heating, a 4000-Watt Micathermic High Output Wall Heater, and a NuTone 1500-Watt Heater/Fan in the Bathroom. The Tiny House easily stays as warm as you desire even in sub-zero temperatures!High Speed Fiber Internet (1Gb Down/1Gb Up) and WIFI. Stream your favorite shows on the 55” Samsung Smart TV.Entipur Water Filtration System on all sinks and shower.A key is provided to the unheated storage shed (72SF) for Guest's to store/lock up luggage or gear. Please note that a 4WD/AWD vehicle with snow tires or all season tires with good tread and rated for snow is HIGHLY recommended during and just after winter storms, until the roads have been plowed and sanded.The Tiny House shares the property with a new home that was finished in December 2021 which is approximately 50 feet away and available for separate rental (https://www.vrbo.com/2984038?unitId=3556078).After booking on HomeAway, the Host will send the Guest a separate confirmation and rental contract spelling out the terms of the rental. Lilla Rustica is an elevated cabin among the trees. Private, with Stunning views this was built by "The Tree House Guys" a local Vermont company whom can be found having a season on the DIY network. Tons of detail, while keeping the design natural and simple. Excellent porch facing views of Camels hump State park. A loft with one queen bed and downstairs has a queen bed with three sides of the bed having windows facing the views. Hiking offered right from the cabin. An awesome getaway!Lilla Rustica cabin in the trees has a beautiful nestled in feel with incredible views from all windows. One of the highlights is the downstairs queen bed. Surrounded on three sides by windows you can look at the stars while lying in bed, or perhaps hear dear walk under the cabin while sleeping. Feel far from it all while still close to route 100 in Vermont which has Ben and Jerry's, Prohibition Pig, Stowe, SugarBush and the Mad River Valley, Lawsons and The Alchemist breweries, Lot of swimming holes and tons of hiking and mountain biking.Internet is provided as well as a small refrigerator, luxurious sheets and pillows. Stay warm and cozy inside the treehouse with a propane fireplace.Water is limited up in the trees, but you will be provided with all you need of some of the best Spring water you may have ever tasted. There is not a shower at this point in Lilla Rustica. We hope in the future build an outdoor shower, but for longer stays there are swimming holes, gyms and spas close by. The toilet for the cabin is located just at the end of ramp from the front door. About 5 second walk. It is private for those staying in Lilla Rustica. It is a porta pottty built to look like an outhouse. The advantage to this is that is rarely used and only by those guests of the cabin as well as fully cleaned and emptied very often. Having a toilet up in the trees is difficult. We know how important a clean bathroom is to guests and we think you will be pleasantly surprised with the experience. Beautiful cups and dishes are provided, dish towels, sheets, water, a way to make coffee and a small single burner gas stove. This cabin is super cozy and perhaps best for a couple. Falls Cabin is a rustic hunting camp lovingly transformed into a beautiful, year-round vacation cabin retreat. Tucked in the woods alongside Kingsbury Brook's cascading falls, it is the perfect place to return to after a Vermont day outdoors, any time of year. The cabin has a large eat-in kitchen with a spiral staircase to the loft, a spacious living room with propane stove, two bedrooms each with internet TV and a full bathroom. The individual mini-split heat pumps in each room provide custom air conditioning in summer. In winter, enjoy the warmth of the propane stove in the living room in addition to the heat from the mini-split units. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large back deck before heading out for your adventure, no matter what the season. Falls Cabin has direct access to VAST trail system for snowmobiling in winter and nearby access to VASA trails for 4-wheeling in summer. We have ample parking for trailers. There are trails for mountain biking right from Falls Cabin and hiking trails are also nearby. Stowe, Smuggler's Notch, Jay Peak, Burke Mountain, and Bolton Valley ski areas are all approximately one hour or less away. Enjoy fishing, kayaking, canoeing, boating, and swimming in one (or all) of the many lakes in Woodbury - Vermont's "land of lakes and ponds" as well as ice fishing in the winter.
