Turn up the tunes on the whole house audio system and fire up the BBQ grill; we provide all the necessary equipment. Please note that we have a long driveway that gets plowed when there is a big snowfall, and it will often come in the very early morning (2-3 am), so there may be noise from this depending on weather conditions. - FIREWOOD: We provide FREE firewood and will stock some inside on the rack. If you use it all, you are welcome to grab more from the woodshed outside- LAKE: The water level in spring and early summer comes up to our property line, but it will drop mid-summer as the reservoir is drained. We have fun playing on the muddy shore, but you won't be able to get SUPs and Kayaks out that time of year.- DISHES AND GRILL: We do not have a dishwasher, so we depend on you to properly clean dishes before putting them away. We cannot ask our cleaners to check every dish; otherwise, the cleaning fee would be much higher, and we don't want that to happen!
