I take many precautions to prevent their presence but they will likely be present despite my best efforts.While they are relatively harmless, and a nuisance to keep at bay, there is a purpose behind them!For decades, millions of Asian lady beetles were released into areas of the southeast to fight a tree-killing insect, aphids. The beetles eat the food source of the destructive bug and help protect our forests.**NOTICE** As of March 21, 2025, the State of North Carolina issued a statewide burn ban until further notice. As such, please refrain from using the fire pit, and take precaution when using the outdoor grill.
