The Devils Lake Grand Cabin is a beautifully built Amish log cabin located next to the entrance of Devil’s Lake State Park (Wisconsin’s largest and busiest state park). 1 mile to North Shore beach. It is also conveniently located only 8 miles from Devil’s Head Ski Resort, 15 miles from Cascade Mountain & just 15 miles from Wisconsin Dells. The Tumbled Rock Microbrewery/Restaurant has live music during the summer, which you can view from the front porch.The cabin can accommodate up to 12 guests. There are 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms plus a loft with 2 beds. The master suite is on the upper level and has a private bath and shower. The Master suite showcases a king-size bed, skylights and a double bed. The loft, which is located at the top of the upper stairs has a twin bed and a double bed. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located down a small set of stairs and each have log framed queen size beds. All 3 bathrooms have showers. Two of the bathrooms have bathtubs. Linens and towels are provided.The living room features vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, a 47” TV with DVD player and a ROKU for streaming. Living room includes a stone gas fireplace and 2 futons that can be pull-out beds. The fully equipped kitchen comes with an oven, stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, dishes, utensils and coffeemaker. There is an island with stools for extra seating. The dining area has an amazing log crafted table with a bench on one side and 3 log chairs on the other. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, hair dryers and parking in driveway. There are various DVDs, board games, puzzles and books to enjoy.Outside there are two spacious covered decks on the front and back of the cabin. The backyard deck has a large farm style table with lots of extra seating. Also in the backyard is a large fire pit and picnic table ideal for s’mores and scary ghost stories. The huge backyard boasts plenty of space for games and lots privacy that your friends and family will enjoy. Recently remodeled with WIFI in mind, you'll enjoy a modern entertainment center, electric fireplace, reclining sofa, breakfast nook, electric appliances, and newer washer & dryer..Canoe, Beach and Boat Launch right across the street at Newport Park! This Cabin sits atop a hill about 100 ft from Dells Creek. Water from Lake Delton empties into the Wisconsin River by way of this Creek. You'll have access to 160 ft of Creek frontage to enjoy nature's wildlife and fishing. You'll likely spot an eagle as they like to fish from the Creek. Ducks and geese are plentiful. Deer will likely be spotted at nightfall when they come out to feed and you may see them running and playing very early at daybreak. Next to Newport Park is River's Edge Resort with boat rentals and a fish bait shop. Conveniently grab your minnows and/or night crawlers for your fishing needs! Only remember not to clean fish indoors on sink or tub. Clean fish outdoors.
