There is a keyless entry with a preassigned entry code. As you walk in, you are greeted by a woodburning fireplace that leads to an open space layout. In the main floor you will find one bedroom and a full bathroom. In the living room there is a 55' smart TV with an Amazon fire stick, to enjoy shows and movies. As you make your way to the bottom level, you will find half a bathroom along with two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has been converted into a game room with a full-size futon. The second bedroom offers a dedicated workspace in case you need to get work done. Note, light construction to the East side of the cabin. Power outages, while infrequent, can occur in this region. This home is not equipped with a backup generator at the moment. We recommend guests come prepared with firewood and other essentials for comfort during unexpected interruptions. This area is perfect for wildlife spotting and bird watching, with owls calling from the treetops. This mountain neighborhood offers great proximity to skiing, hiking,biking, and local lakes. Arrowbear received its name because it is located between Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear. If you want to be in a peaceful retreat outside of the bustle of the larger communities, this is your place. The main floor offers a cozy living space with a traditional fireplace, also a 50" smart TV. Adjacent is the kitchen, Master Bedroom, 2nd bedroom, and bathroom with a shower. The Lower Level offers a second full Family Room with LCD Smart TV, Record Player, Work Desk, Second Bathroom, and Access to large back deck. The 3rd Bedroom is also located on the Lower-Level and features a unique Queen-Size bed with a Trundle Twin bed. This room is also where you will find the full-size laundry. We have a large balcony that you can access from the lower floor.
