Enjoy two master suites on the main floor each with private full baths, an extra large sleeping loft and a third large room upstairs and an upstairs bathroom. The upstairs open loft also features a card/game table area. The kitchen comes fully stocked so you have everything you need for your stay. The chalet has a fabulous large screened in porch, fully accessible front porch, large deck (under construction w/ expected completion July 2025), and a large fire-pit gathering area on property. Multiple picnic tables at the chalet to enjoy meals all around the property, and a nearby walking trail path. Innsbrook has many amenities to offer including clubhouse with large pool, fitness center, concerts, lakes, golfing, access to basketball, tennis and pickleball courts and much more. King bed in the main suite, queen bed in the guestroom, and two bunkbeds in the final room with full/twin mattresses. There is an air mattress, futon, sleeper sofa and pack and play for your use. Max allowable capacity is 10 people. There is a fishing boat with paddles, lily pad, 3 adult kayaks and 2 kid kayaks, and a hottub. Our inventory of water gear is constantly changing as things get added or replaced. Such is the nature of outdoor "toys."
