The linens will be at the front door upon arrival at the house. On check-out day, you will only need to return them to their container and place them outside for pickup! TRASH: There is no house pick up, it is up to the residents and guests to remove their trash to the compactors. This is mountain living! The cleaners really don't like putting trash in their car, the area may be closed on your check out day, so they charge $30 to do it. We offer you a choice, you can add trash service to your stay on the contract, if you don't want to run it to the compactor. It isn't far, it's on Martha's Lane, just check the open times!--Our Community--You'll be a short ride to 3 lakes, stocked with Trout and Bass. Any day or overnight visitors must be registered in the same manner as guests, same rules and pricing apply. We ask that you drop off trash before leaving.
