TRASH: There is no house pick up, it is up to the residents and guests to remove their trash to the compactors. This is mountain living! The cleaners really don't like putting trash in their car, the area may be closed on your check out day, so they charge $30 to do it. We offer you a choice, you can add trash service to your stay on the contract, if you don't want to run it to the compactor. It isn't far, it's on Martha's Lane, just check the open times!--Our Community--You'll be a short ride to 3 lakes, stocked with Trout and Bass.
