The Hotel was very good & well maintained. They even upgraded our rooms for free & helped us through the stay very well. All the activities in the hotel are fun and relaxing.

There is no private beach area, but has nice sea view. Breakfast was ok…

The service is excellent. Khun Max F/O, Khun Peng,Khun Pluem,Khun Por at swimming pool is fantastic as we got an accident around the pool all of them was came immediately for help with first aids equipment. Also Khun Max ring me a call for check to be confirmed everything would be alright. All hospitality keep us in touch. We are certainly sure will be back again in soonest . Belle

We stayed 6 nights in this hotel. Quiet and nice hotel with sea view, for a seaside holiday. Nice big pool with enough sunbed. Big choice for breakfast. There is a small walking street with restaurants for local food and massage services. There is also a Seven eleven shop

So many activities for kids. Staff are all great with high service mind, especially Sofi at the kids club, she is very entertaining and kind. The hotel itself is actually quite old, some furniture looks dated, but clean. Very nice ocean view from all room.

Breath taking entrance , room could do with an upgrade , location ok however it’s a 20 minute drive to town minimal taxis ,

We have been staying in this hotel since 2011 when it was Marriott, then it switched to Novotel for many years, now it's Radisson. My youngest son was 1 when we came first time, now he is 14 and we still love this place. Too bad there is no beach anymore. Before it was possible to walk a little to the left from the pool and get to the beach. Not anymore, water has risen a lot. Great place for families. A lot of different activities available. Maintenance team has to pay more attention to details. Hotel is getting older and a lot of things must be replaced, like shower heads, faucets, door knobs etc.

The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with excellent facilities that ensure a comfortable stay. The pool is a highlight – large, clean, and perfect for families. The property is very kid-friendly, offering plenty of activities to keep children entertained. Breakfast could improve While the breakfast is decent, it lacks variety and could be more diverse to cater to different preferences. Overall, it's a great place for families looking for a relaxing and activity-filled getaway.

Radisson is likely a renovated hotel as there are spots required further maintenance such as the swollen floor, ice-defrosted refrigerator. Moreover, staff services should be more focused especially those in the egg station during breakfast service. They showed some facial expressions when we ordered scrambled eggs, egg Benedict. Rather than those issues, this hotel is located in the nice location. We can either go to Hua Hin or Cha-am in a very short time.
