房間還是蠻大的，距離位置也很好，客服人員也很好，還可以用免費的咖啡，距離位置也蠻近的、早餐也很美味的

幫朋友預訂的酒店真的很nice，出行比較方便，環境設施都還不錯的，服務人員態度挺好，之前有看很多人説在國外受歧視，沒有那麼誇張，完全看人，總體都挺滿意的，非常感謝

Wow! An absolute must for a great meal and experience. The food, service and musicians made it such a brilliant evening thank you so much Prokop - your service was impeccable and our T-bone was just delicious, the local Czech Merlot was divine and beer and gin also a hit. Nestled in the rolling hills of Czechoslovakia quietly sleeps a beautiful 500 year old town called Cesky Krumlov. A jewel found there is the Grand Hotel on the plaza. Before I visited, I wrote to the hotel and immediately received a reply, a reply to each and every question…amazing. I asked if we could hire someone to collect us at the bus station. There at arrival with a sign was a lovely young man who whisked our luggage into into his van and away we went dazzled by the beauty ahead of us. The manager of the hotel graciously greeted us and because we were early suggested we have coffee. Our room ready was like a fairy tale, looking out on the plaza. We ventured out on a tour and came back to wonderful dinner served on the outside patio. Breakfast in the morning came to the room. Better than any 5 star we had been in. We gathered out things and received help to the bus. Both of us wanted to stay longer. I would without any hesitation give this hotel my highest rating. Cleanliness, service, quality of the food, room, location could not have been better.
