Grand Hotel Cesenatico

A solid 4-star hotel. My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in May 2024. Overall, I was very happy with it. The room was comfortable. I thought it was a little small, but it was clean and well appointed. The bathroom was not cramped and was well lit. The staff are what you would expect at a 4-star hotel. They are courteous and attentive. We had a problem with the AC when we checked that was taken care of promptly. The elevators worked and were clean and well maintained. Location is very good. Everything is within walking distance. Breakfast was great. Good selection. Good pastries. I had lunch at the beach restaurant one afternoon. I had fried shrimp and scallops that were very good. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant a few times. It is a nice setting for a meal. The service was good. The menu was good, not a ton of selections but a good assortment. They have a dessert buffet that was very good. The lobby and the terrace are very nice. There is a bar in the lobby. I sat out on the terrace a couple of times and enjoyed being outside.

The bathroom wasn't cramped and was well lit and clean. IMO the room was a little small for the price. The elevators worked and were clean. The staff are what you would expect at a 4* hotel, very courteous and attentive. We had a problem with the AC when we got there, but it was corrected. Breakfast was great. We ate dinner at the hotel several times. The food was good and the service excellent. They have a dessert buffet with a good selection. The lobby and terrace are very nice.

We’ve just got back from an amazing stay here. The staff in the hotel were amazing and friendly (sadly the beach staff, not so much). Food was fantastic from breakfast, the beach restaurant and the main restaurant. Menu changed every night. We were hard pressed to find anything better in Cesenatico. The hotel is brilliantly located to feel the evening buzz of the place. The whole resort area is exceptionally clean. It also feels really safe for all ages. Beach at the hotel was kept spotless. Very few brits here which we really loved. Rooms could do with a bit of renovation but we hardly spent any time in them.

Servizio allo stabilimento balneare pessimo camerieri (non tutti) poco gentili e disponibili, svogliati. Poca attenzione al cliente suggerisco una formazione adeguata agli standard dell’hotel. Sono pressanti nel prendere l’ordinazione. Spero che questa recensione sia costruttiva per la crescita di questo stabilimento

Abbiamo soggiornato 7 notti, dal 1 al 8 settembre, con un bambino di 7 anni. Personale gentile e preparato, ottima sia la colazione che la cena e il ristorante in spiaggia. Spiaggia con ombrelloni distanziati a dovere. Belle e curate le zone comuni. Purtroppo ci è stata assegnata una camera con vista sul campo da tennis all'ultimo piano con mobili da Mercatone e bagno con bidet scomodissimo. Ci stanno le 4 stelle per la struttura ma la camera ne merita 2. Non so, forse ci hanno assegnato la camera peggiore!

Siamo stati un paio di notti, un po’ rumoroso come location. La camera nella media, il bagno un po’ bruttino per l’esterno dell’hotel. Unico ascensore per ospiti e servizi, un po’ di attesa. Colazione buona, non molti prodotti tipici peccato, e non mi è piaciuto il fatto che in camera l’acqua si paga….per il resto secondo me da migliorare i particolari, e forse qualche attenzione in più ….per gli ospiti.
