I love travelling with my daughters. We have had to stay in various hotels in Greece, Turkey, Egypt and other countries, including Italy. I usually always have a good experience of staying in hotels, but this hotel caused a storm of resentment and disgust! This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The hotel that describes itself as a 3-star hotel does not even come close to a single star in terms of quality of service or meeting European hotel service standards. All the minuses and negatives of staying in this diner (a diner, not a hotel or guest house): 1. The sneaky deception of customers starts as early as the booking process on the website. The photos in the description of this hotel show beautiful food, which gives the impression that the hotel offers a variety of dishes, or at least there is a choice of decent food. It turns out that all these photos are untrue and refer to the service of another hotel in another region! In fact, this hotel offers a simply awful breakfast, which consists of a croissant, yoghurt and - attention - two or three kinds of different desserts! Is this breakfast for tourists who come with children? What is so nutritious about this worthless breakfast? It is disrespectful to organize breakfast only in the style of Italians, who only eat croissant and drink coffee for breakfast. The hotel is visited by tourists with children from different countries, with different mentality and food culture. Where is your hospitality and respect? Why can't a three-star hotel provide a minimum set of products for breakfast - e.g. boiled eggs, cheese and cold cuts??? I repeat - this is the minimum required breakfast set for a self-respecting hotel worldwide! The water in the vending machine is as if from a pit - unpleasant and tasteless, you cannot use such water for coffee or tea! In a word, - breakfast - just sucks, or rather - it just does not exist. And this in a Bed & Breakfast! 2. Have you ever seen a three-star hotel without ANY kettle or microwave in the kitchen? It was a real shock for us! I highly recommend the hotel management to get these important items. If the hotel cannot provide a proper breakfast, let the hotel customers heat food bought from the supermarket and boil good quality water. 3. On arrival at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water. How can this be when the hotel description states that there is hot water and it should be there? After my complaint the next day, the hot water appeared by evening. Thanks to the girl at reception who promptly responded to the request to take action. 4. The canteen attendant is an egregious case in general. A rude, ignorant, boorish, insolent person who is clearly not at his workplace and does not meet any requirements for the selection of staff serving hotel visitors. The tables are filthy, not cleaned on time. When we arrived, there was a room number on the table and...that was it. No fork, no knife, no napkins - the table was not prepared for the arrival of visi

Ho prenotato dal 10 al 14 in questo hotel e il 9 mi è stato detto che vi avevano spostato in altra struttura più bella con camere più confortevole.Hotel Tina. Risultato è: ho pagato x un hotel 3 stelle con servizio pulizie giornaliere, wifi, reception , servizio colazione e siamo stati sbattuti nell'hotel villa Tina 2 stelle, senza reception, servizio colazione , pulizia camera e wifi, in più la stanza era piccola e sporca. Ma furbescamente, ti ricevono in altro hotel 3 stelle Favorita x non farti risultare il villa Tina, una vera truffa.

Hotel caro e senza praticamente nulla da offrire come servizi. Ho soggiornato 2 notti con la mia famiglia in questo hotel ad agosto, e sinceramente per più di 100 euro a notte mi aspettavo qualcosa di più! Il parcheggio non è incluso (15 euro al giorno!) e i posti sono molto limitati; un problema dal momento che in zona gli unici parcheggi che si trovano sono a pagamento. Non è stato possibile usufruire della colazione in loco, ma si viene indirizzati verso bar/ristoranti convenzionati che però non abbiamo avuto occasione di provare. LE stanze sono abbastanza grandi ma anonime e fredde; non è stato possibile avere un lettino da campeggio/culla per mio figlio, pertanto se valutate di soggiornare con bimbi piccoli pensateci bene. Nulla da dire sullo staff, gentile e disponibile, ma penso proprio che a questa cifra si possa trovare di meglio.

Personale gentile, camere pulite e bagno funzionante in tutto, vicino al mare e ai servizi, abbiamo preso 2 camere essendo famiglia numerosa tra cui anche 2 lattanti siamo stati accontentati in qualsiasi richiesta, in camera non c'è il frigobar e avendo i bambini molto piccoli abbiamo avuto necessità per il latte e ci hanno messo a disposizione il frigo del bar interno, wifi funzionante e anche la tv, pulizie a giorni alterni sicuramente ritorneremo

Pessimo hotel. Un 3 stelle che ne vale 1. Con 40 gradi fuori, se vuoi aria condizionata devi pagare, parcheggio devi pagare. Gli armadi con una puzza pessima dentro. Ma il top dei top è il bagno. La doccia che non si chiude la porta. Un telefono talmente piccolo che riesci a malapena a toglierti la sabbia da adosso. Ai nostri amici, gli si è allagata la camera nel fare la doccia .Il danno era non rimediabile e la stanza per fortuna è stata cambiata.

Non ci sono parole per descrivere questo Hotel struttura obsoleta,camere piccole, non ostante il parcheggio sia a pagamento i posti sono limitati e il personale ti chiede di parcheggiare dietro le auto degli altri ospiti. Il personale incompetente, scorbutico. La colazione è una miseria e per ciliegina sulla torta una mattina non hanno servito il caffè perché la macchinetta si era rotta e nn avevano un altra in sostituzione. cosa dire state lontani da questo Hotel se si può definire cosi

Posto da evitare …… stanze molto piccole, bagno con scarico non funzionante , cambio asciugamano inesistenti( chiesto in reception , li cambiano ogni tre giorni….. da non credere ) parcheggio solo a pagamento (10euro) a notte e con spazio millimetrico, colazione molto molto povera. Che dire non ci torno più !!!

Sono stata qualche giorno fa con il pacchetto Mirabilandia e avendo letto le recensioni ero un po' preoccupata, invece devo dire che siamo stati benissimo , la ragazza alla reception carinissima così come il resto dello staff, la stanza pulita e funzionale, la colazione abbondante con solo dolce ma questo è indicato anche nella descrizione dell'albergo. Sicuramente torneremo
