Hotel Sno Edelweiss

Very easy and comfortable experience though the space is asking for a bit of care. Staff super helpful and kind though longer helping hours would be easier. All in all happy with our experience, super well located and completely fuss free with lovely helping people that make the whole difference.

This is probably the 6th time we have been to the Edelweiss, the 2nd time as Sno Edelweiss. When it was a privately owned hotel it was really lovely, we stayed in the hotel (not an apartment), it had a family feeling. Now as Sno Edelweiss it has opened up to children’s school skiing trips and as a result we cannot stay in the hotel, we can only have an apartment. The 1st apartment we had was very nice, clean, balcony with a good view and well appointed. However this year, although we were in a 2 bedroom apartment, it was tired, poky kitchen and bathroom and insufficient cooking facilities. It was, however clean with nice linen and towels. Bare in mind the hotel is full with children during the weekdays. The staff were lovely, as they always have been, but we are leaving our options open for next year.

Ha sido una gran experiencia. El lugar es inmejorable en plena montaña, La comida muy buena abundante y en su punto pero sobretodo destacó la actitud del personal empezando por la directora hasta los que estaban en cocina o limpieza. Profesionales y a la vez muy amables y agradables.
