The hotel is located a bit far from Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia, making it inconvenient to walk to the malls. In terms of location, it’s not very strategic. The hotel amenities were also lacking — during our 3-night stay, we were not provided with small towels for the toilet. Upon checkout, we were only allowed to store our luggage for half an hour, even though we had a night flight and planned to go shopping beforehand. The only highlight of our stay was the superb customer service. Other than that, everything else was quite underwhelming.

First time in Jakarta and it is not a good experience to begin with. Yes, this hotel full with Malaysian however their service is terrible. I requested to change a room since my air conditioner and fridge not working and they said they already fixed it however still the same. Same experience with all fellow Malaysian here and not to forget sometimes their access card also not working. Pros, its just a straight line to Tanah Abang but still a bit walking. The hotel located at busy road too but nearby Thamrin, Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia. The location is okay, but the room is a big no. Indomaret just across the road however it is small. Bonus is the security helping you with your luggages or any bags after you done shopping

Old Room in Need of Refurbishment The advertised photos for this accommodation are definitely for illustration purposes only. The room itself is quite old and in serious need of refurbishment. The lighting situation was also disappointing—some of the lights were broken, leaving the room feeling dim and uncomfortable. One particularly frustrating feature was the poorly placed charging point at the dressing table. The plug was installed so low and so close to the attached table that it was nearly impossible to use. On the positive side, basic amenities were provided, and the location is convenient. There are a few warungs just across the street, and it's a walkable distance to nearby malls, which was helpful. Overall, while the location is decent, the state of the room and the awkward setup left a lot to be desired.

Good place to visit

The rooms is not clean, got bedbugs. Cant have good sleep, whole night bites buy the bedbugs. Lobby area lots of mosquitos.

This is my 2nd time to Jakarta and as solo travellers. It has a strategic location for us to explore Jakarta by foot, good facilities, humble staffs, and affordable price. Oh btw, I don’t really like the connecting room and the aircond was not really cold. Thank God they change the room for me hehe. Overall it’s a good stay in here and will come again if I’m travelling to Jakarta 🇮🇩

Location was good near to Sarinah, Thamrin walking distance. Room was cosy and comfortable except needs a thorough clean or touch up. Service was good, attentive and friendly.

Quite bad first room at night of check in. There was cockroaches almost every where in the room. Request for a change and got 2 single beds okay. Livable or should i say survivable. Only thing the toilet smell. I agree with all other bad reviews. Trip should consider to review this hotel first instead of letting others to continue booking & experience bad things.

Didnt expect to be ths bad. When we checked in the room door ws not closed. It ws opened by sbdy b4 we checked in maybe the cleaner.The towels are v old and torn. Only 2 bath towels provided. No floor towels, no hand towels and no face towels. The bathroom are v yellow as they didnt scrub the tiles. The tiles w mud. The water frm the shower heir wire as the holes was not cleaned. The holes ws not cleaned properly so the water stuck. The not cold at all. The linen ws v old. Even the pillows sunk. The tv no signals and disturbed..sometimes hv sometimes dont have. Cockroaches on the makeup table, toilets and the beverages table. Request for room changed..waited and no news. Went out dinner they said they called the room no answer so they sold it. Hmm..do we hv to wait the whole day? Request ice cubes..never come. Request extra towels..it ws v dirty full of stains. Even the bed i thk got bedbuggs as my face and body ws being bitten. End up u hv bugs bite swells on my face and body. Will never repeat staying ths hotel.

The windows was so dirty, one cannot see out of it, really (!), check it Room 902 floor gets slippery and wet due to entrance door cannot hold water from spilling onto floor all over

Rooms & all the supplies such as towel need to be renovated & change. Found cockroaches in one room & rat in another room. Not recommended to book.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was far below expectations – the room was not properly cleaned, and I encountered both bedbugs and cockroaches during my stay. The service was also disappointing, with staff being unhelpful and unresponsive to my concerns. This was an incredibly uncomfortable and unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience.
