Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel restaurant food can improve. Room are comfortable,but the toilet facilities are old, one of the faucets is broken,and the water can't be turned on, can improve. Overall, good experience for first time stay in this hotel.

This is my 2nd stay as my previous stay was good experience. Good buffet breakfast with many variety, nice big comfortable room and fast internet and lifts. Very good customer service. I would like to thank the 2 managers Bambang and his colleague Desi who tried their best to understand the little issues I experienced and acted promptly to resolve the issues. Well done. Nice stay.

Big entrance with spacious room with full height glass window. Breakfast spread was extreme, the widest spread I have encountered so far. Worthy hotel to stay

We enjoyed the stay at this hotel with all the facilities provided. The food for breakfast with wide spread is fabulous. I would to compliment the hotel for having beautiful people around to serve the guests especially Anisanurul whom spent to time to ensure guests are having wonderful time staying in the hotel! Thanks to Angiel who is kind to serve us at front desk!

Best place to stay in jakarta, although its far from city centre, its an excellent stay for my family. Tell you, they have 1000 plus of meals and dishes served at their buffet, my family enjoy all food served. I will come back. Staff really good and friendly.

Nice but dated 5 star hotel. Spacious room, comfortable bed and pillow. A vast variety and generous amount of traditional and some western selections for the breakfast buffet. My personal take will be 4.5/5.

We were really excited to stay at this hotel on one of the suites. The rooms seemed large and perfect with a child.  We checked in late as we have been traveling all day. My child was already sleeping when we got to the hotel. I requested for a baby bed prior to arriving and when I got to the reception I asked again to make sure. No one received my request. I went up to the room and had to wait for the baby bed. When it arrived there was no matress - only a duvet folded used as a matras. I called the front desk who informed me someone will bring a matrass. A staff with another duvet arrived. Apparently they don’t have matrasses for the baby beds. Next day at breakfast I wanted to take 3 pieces of watermelon for my baby to the room as she did not want to eat in the restaurant, she had a flu and I needed to give her meds, as I left the restaurant the staff informed me I was not allowed to take the food out. How bad is that. And lastly the bathroom smelled like something died in there. We informed the staff who then sent someone to the room with air freshner. I would not recommend this hotel if you are a family or want a clean cozy stay. I e felt very uncomfortable and could not wait to leave.

I am a repeat customer. Eventhough the location is not so great, but their service and food are excellent. Try their creamy carrot sopu and herbalmdrinks!
