We stayed one night in here..we love the facilities especially the sports facilties..the room quite spacious and clean. but the hallway to go to our room..hate the odor..just like baygon maybe should try other room fragrance..we dont know if they use baygon or what..but surely don’t like it. It’s an old hotel but the maintain it nicely👍🏼

Best hotel and area to stay in Jakarta. This Hotel is Heaven’s Borobudur outpost where magical things happen.

nice ambience

This hotel is a decent option for families, particularly because of its mini zoo, which is a fun and unique attraction for kids. However, overall, it falls into the "average" category. The rooms and facilities are standard, nothing exceptional, but they are functional and clean. Service is adequate, though not outstanding.

First, I would like to say this is a beautiful and very large property in Central Jakarta. It's perfectly positioned around government offices and some very nice restaurants so really good for business travelers. Second, I personally found the cost of everything at the hotel to be insanely priced. Everything was two- three times the price as businesses outside the hotel. Thirdly, good customer service was a hit or miss. It seemed to be individualized rather than a consistent directive.

Changed 4 times before we settled in our room. At first, they put us in the old unrenovated room that smelly and feels very much creepy. Then they so called upgrade to deluxe room which also very creepy with strong damp carpets smell. At last, we have to top up almost double the amount we paid just to move to the renovated floor. They should have just tell us from the beginning instead if wasting almost an hour for us to go up and down to change room at almost 11pm! Hospitality & service of the housekeeping, bell boys & restaurant staff are excellent, but the from office could be better. Close by museum, Monas, easy to get taxi.

This hotel doesn't listen to my requests very well. I asked for a change of quilt , but they didn't come even though I kept calling, so I brought it myself. And I asked to change my room, but they didn't change it, so I was very sad at the reception. In the end, I changed it because of the customers, and they said that Korean money cannot be exchanged at the currency exchange office. Even if I try to change Korean won to dollars or rupiah, they never be able to do so. It was so unpleasant.

Hotel need a good renovation even changed 2 room but can't get a proper locker

Hptel location is good, with spacious family room. However there are some issues that we encounter 1. Slow seevice from housekeeping to fix TV in livingroom. The tv keeps turning off. 2. The room key was manual key , no duplicate provided. 3. Lax hotel swcurity despite xraya procedure. There are lot of non guess sleeping in prayee room, and non guess using prayer room. 4. Our son has been approached by woman in 30th, to help her making call. It happened in the hotel corridor between Garden III suites and breakfast location.

Very bad service attitude. We booked on trip apps and showed only non smoking room available. Upon check-in, they told us that they ran out of non smoking room and only smoking room available. And there isn't any notes in our reservation that we want a non smoking room. When my friend produce the Chinese version of the apps, the lady claimed that she didn't understand, and when I use Google lens to translate it, she then reiterate that their hotel have both smoking and non smoking room and they ran out of non smoking room which isn't her fault, it's because we check in late (around 11pm). After I insist they resolve the issue immediately with trip or we escalate the issue only she proceed to get the duty manager and assigned us non smoking room. And the whole check in process took 73 minutes to complete.

The room was so clean and big for me and my husband. The bathroom also quite big and very clean. Really like the breakfast in Hotel Borobudur . Thanks
