I had an incredible experience Best Western Mangga Dua Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. To my surprise, they upgraded my room to a suite free of charge, an unexpected and delightful gesture. What made it even better was that they didn’t require any deposit, which made the check-in process seamless and stress-free. The suite was immaculate, spacious, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could possibly need for a comfortable stay.

Terrible place. They tried to make me pay more than what I saw in the apps. After I booked, they gave me the worst room in the hotel (or maybe all rooms look like this). Very unclean and unsanitary.

On the 2nd day of my stay, I noticed that the water would accumulate when showering, and it wasnt draining out properly. Has informed the male concierge, he then suggested to call for room service. But I can't be calling the room service everytime after finish showering as it would be quite a hassle. I then requested for change of room but he unable to proceed, claimed it was as per system. So the next day, I told the female concierge about my concerns and request for change of room. She understood and able to proceed. The current room has no issue.

Thumbs up for the hotel crew, staffs. Fast check in, great location. Best hotel in Mangga Dua.

Hotel was good enough for a two nights stay. The room was a bit dated, the holder for the air con remote was barely hanging on, the floor had what looked like paint drips that dried up over time, it was a bit dated needed a bit or more maintaince. The elevators took a long time to come to the floor and go up and down. Might have been to have more since there are so many floors. Was surprised when there were loud sounds coming from a speaker outside which could be an alarm for prayer time during the early morning around 4:30am. It went on for a while. The buffet breakfast spread was well equipped with a variety of choices.

Walking distance to mangga dua. Hotel clean. Recommended.

My first time stayed at this hotel, the reason is to attend the Expo at jakarta. The location of hotel is not strategic and crowded to get in and out from hotel. The hotel looks old, the room also quite old and dusty.

Quite clean and spacious, although the outerior looks old, but interior still okay...will come back again

I don’t now why such a good hotel with prestige ratings has bad services. The customer service girl was annoying me. The electricity shut down when I was using hairdryer. I called the room service but they take a long time to fix it. The WiFi has bad connection. The blanket seems like didn’t change, It has disgusting brown stains.
