Locationwise is so strategic for those who like to shop as this hotel located walking distance to 3 famous shopping centre in Jakarta. Room is clean, amenities such as pool, gym and sauna also well maintained and staff here is all so friendly! Thank you Ascott, it was a great stay. Would recommend!

Stayed here with family in the 3-bedroom apartment. The apartment was very comfortable and well-designed, with we had a great stay.
The location of the hotel is top-notch. It is very central and within walking distance to a lot of the major malls - so shopping and food are all within very easy reach.
Breakfast can be improved, as there weren't many options available.
Will stay here again on my next trip!

Location was good, its right across the grand mall.
The only down side is that the washing machine was down on our last few days.

Hotel is old. The room smell when we checked in. Breakfast options very minimal.Location wise very good.

The best about this hotel is everything!! Just next to 2 big shopping center, walkable distance to subway, good restaurants and near night market ( discover one of the best ayam penyet )
The family room is huge! 2 bedrooms separated by a large living and diring room. Hospitality and service is fantastic!
Lots of pros and no cons..can't think of any negative at all!
A very good choice hotel to stay in Jakarta.

Overall good location and service but my room was filled with mosquitoes that I had more than 10 bites. Room design was quite outdated as well and there were still oil stains on my table.
