It has everything i need for a hotel. it was clean and i like the sustainable concept. Cons: there were mosquitoes in my room because it was located near the garden, they entered from the small gap in the window.

Located in prime area. But the room is not worth the price. Room I stayed had a weird smell and was not properly cleaned. I wouldn’t really recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not bad if you get a room with a window but the hygiene is atrocious.

The sheets are stained There is an unpleasant smell The air conditioner is loud and rattling The location of the hotel is excellent The staff is great I can't say the service is bad Food was brought to the room The Internet is relatively good, video calling, uploading videos to YouTube is fast, there were no problems with the Internet I chose this hotel because of the Internet, purely based on reviews on other sites, the Internet was important for my work. And also the location of the hotel is near the center.

while the locartion was good. the room was so dirty, the sheets were full of big stainst and smelly bathroom. the amenities are limited to the liquid soap at the shower area. other than the room has literally nothing. the price might be moderate but it's not worth the dirtiness of the place.

Staying here is very enjoyable, the service is very friendly, the hotel location is near the road, getting everywhere is easier, the facilities are definitely complete.

The smell of cigarettes in the room, location of the hotel very convenient, many streets foods and restaurants. Good for sightseeing the city of Jakarta.

The stay was okay..the great thing the location is nearby with the menteng street food. Ms was really helpful and very kind staff for assisting me during my check in.

I’ve got rashes after stating just for couple hours and the towel smells bad. Ah let’s not forget I’ve got problem at the front desk my booking was not available in their system and I waited for about an hour 😩

What a very bad smell...from lobby until inside the room there is a bed smell all the buildings..its smell like from ventilation..make me sick. Already try lot of staying at Hotel Ibis.. I love the other from IBIS@europe until Ibis@Indonesian very good value... BUT This is the worst ever.. Not even value me the stay.. The room soooo smells make me sick.. The pillow and bed is very bed condition even it sounds cracks.. The floor is damage all over it will cause accident if we are not carefull the steps.. The Aircond/AC i cant sleep with the hard sound(crackk..crakkk..crakk) aircond and the ventilation SO SO BAD..I book 2 rooms..both room are same condition...WORST!! The building is like we walking to zombie buildings...the smells and condition is really bad. I cant stand and cannot get comffy sleeps here.. It makes me really sick eventho staying one day.. U can see the damage floor i attach the picture with..the toilet why everything is so down its hard for me to get "things done"...(tissue paper and toilet pipe) Breakfast : Also very bad breakfast...Not worth to add on breakfast better just get your breakfast coffee shop/starbucks in front the hotel. Only to credit: CUSTOMER SERVICE front desk very good and polite. And the location is near by restaurant.

This is a budget hotel, but everything from safety to cleanliness are great. I will definitely stay at this hotel again in my next visit to Jakarta.
