One of the Worst hotels I have ever been. Ibis is an international hotel and that is why we chose it but we had a terrible time. The room was dirty, super old. They gave us a kettle that didn’t work. We asked them to clean the room and they just made the beds, they didn’t clean anything, they didn’t leave any coffee and they took the towels and they didn’t give us new ones. We stayed 3 nights and I always had to call to reception asking for towels. The location is very bad. They are making new metro way and there is no way to walk around. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

Honestly th location was good and perfect because close to public transport such as Transjakarta. But as MRT project underway, hotel acces from public transportation gone bad. Wish after the mrt project finished, we could get superb acces from the mrt station.

Located just a few steps to gajah mada plaza. But it was not interconnected.you need to walk within doorback mall. Quite scary. You need to try room massage when you are here. Recommend 🫶🏻

For the price offered, no complaints. Surprisingly was quite when checking in. Realised in the evening it might due to the construction of train line. Short cut to Gajah Mada Plaza but it's a pretty small and limited options. Newly renovated mall and some F&B options. Unfortunately no cafe. For a stopover, should be fine but near with heavy traffic from the Airport.

We had a great stay. Front desk staff was nice n friendly. Easy to get grab.
