Recommended. even hotel is a bit old, but room are spacious and clean... good smile from all staff of hotel... delicious and various breakfast choices...

Big old hotel with over 500 rooms and spacious guest rooms. Unfortunately badly maintained with stinky carpets along corridors, poor lighting, with walls and doors crying for a new coat of paint. When the shower was turned on, a gush of dark rust water came out staining the shower cubicle. But the worst is the poor front desk services; lack of staff, long queues, and some (not all) staff with terrible attitudes. I rate it 2-star and certainly not recommended at this price point. Located in the convenient area of senayan, close to plaza senayan mall, this hotel is a bit old but well maintained will complete facilities especially in the bathroom considering the budget in that area. I recommend it

We had a great stay at Artotel Gelora Senayan. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day. The location is excellent, with easy access to malls and the GBK Stadium in the Senayan area where we went for the Linkin Park concert. Whether you're in Jakarta for shopping, events, or just exploring, this hotel is a convenient choice. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

Definitely located in the perfect location, near shopping malls and public transport. Room looks old, with not many amenities inside eventhough i booked their executive room. I also had a problem with the Aircon in my room, very very hot, and unfortunately the phone is not available so we need to chat on their whatsapp if we need something, but it took a veryyy long time for them to response (took around 20-30mins for them to reply my message), wait for the technician that never coming. I need to go down to the lobby to directly complain to them and speeding the process.. at last they decide to move me to another room. They need to improve for their speed to resolve any complains for the guess, at least if your telephone not working, there should be someone stand by for 24/7 on your whatsapp number so we not need to wait loooooong time to get a response. Positive side, their staff are very friendly, and quite various options for the breakfast buffet.

The hotel is comfortable. The location is good, it is near the department store but don't have mini mart around the hotel. The outside is looking new but outside is old. However, it is very clean. I met the one bad thing on the first night. Somebody used their key card to enter my room. I told the staff, they said sorry and change the new key card. It isn't safe.

This hotel is so close to the stadium and all staff in Artotel are so nice and helpful!Checkin process is smooth and quick.Shower room is good! Their Japanese restaurant is high quality restaurant.

Just here for Dua Lipa concert. Location is perfect. You can actually walk to the arena. They booked me on the 17th floor. Clean rooms but you can tell that the hotel is already old. But other than that, the hotel is perfect for our stay.

I travelled to Jakarta with my younger sister to visit my parents when they were on a road trip. We met here in Jakarta and spent two days in this hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, despite the fact that the property was somewhat old. Their service is good; one night when I requested an additional blanket, they sent it within 3 minutes, which was quick, and they always have a smile on their faces, which brightens my day. I went to their restaurant in the property, which is a Japanese cuisine, and the total experience was excellent. Breakfast was wonderful, with a variety of foods including Japanese, Western, and Indonesian options.

location was great, right next to a park. breakfast was great with a wide variety of options. room was comfortable and spacious, though it's a bit old. Overall, a great experience and would stay again.

Everything average..friendly staff ,quick check in...just got some weird smell in corridor 8floor ..

Clean large rooms. Next to mall (walking distance). Breakfast was ok nothing to feel great about. Restaurant was.very loud..as there was a function going on. Too louud though. Esle all good
