My stay in this hotel was pleasant. Service is impeccable. The room is comfortable, clean and nicely designed. Breakfast is varied and delicious, and served in a beautiful environment. I’ll definitely come back here next time I have to stay in Jakarta.

The hotel was clean, friendly staffs. Bed and pillows are comfortable. If you want to go to Mengteng, need to take taxi. Cannot walk

Hotel was very clean. I really liked the loppy fregnance idea. Breakfast was really yummy with variety of different countries. Room was super comfortable and clean.

My recent stay at the Movenpick Hotel Jakarta was extremely disappointing. The overall customer service was far below expectations, with many staff members struggling to understand even basic English. This led to multiple miscommunications and a frustrating experience overall. The in-house restaurant staff were particularly rude and unprofessional. I was asked to pay for my order upfront, only to be ignored afterwards. Despite repeated follow-ups, I had to wait 45 minutes just to receive my change without ever receiving the food I paid for. This issue was initially reported to hotel management but was completely disregarded until it was raised a second time, which is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one under the Movenpick brand. If you're looking for a relaxing and stress-free stay, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel due to its sub-standard service and lack of accountability.

Beautiful new hotel located in city centre. The approach to the hotel is not great but once inside , it’s just beautiful with fancy lobby area. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast . The room has all the amenities. Plenty of dining options also available .

Located in Central Jakarta…close by to all places. Breakfast was excellent. The staff at the hotel was wonderful and very helpful. Would highly recommend staying here.

40 minutes ride from airport. Hotel is very new and sparkling clean. Check in is fast and service is superb. Shower, aircon and bed are all comfortable. Have night food stalls just downstairs and nearby convenience stores. Good location to rest anf explore jakarta. Executive lounge will be ready within 2024 for booking. I will be back!

The hotel is pretty new, small room, I was expecting bigger room. Mini bar plugs not working, I had to move the coffee machine to make it working.

Room was clean and great, and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Many food options around and the location was easy to get around from.

Newly renovated and just reopen. Everything is relatively new. Hope they can keep up the standard.

Amazing new hotel. Everything was perfect. Definitely will recommend the hotel to my friends. Very delicious breakfast, beautiful swimming pool and comfortable gym.

Great New Hotel to stay. Tamara who serve friendly at reception during check in and check out. Room is Clean. Breakfast is fabulous.Bonus plus complimentary Free HI-tea. Lobby is nice beautiful and full of bears decorated.

The hotel looks new and clean but I got bitten by bed bugs even I changed the room. I checked out one day before as I could not stay there anymore.  Never again this hotel
