I booked a family loft unit which was awesome for my family especially for the kids. This hotel unit provide kids amenities, PlayStation and the room decoration is superb. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed staying here!

The decor of the hotel is very fresh, modern, and aesthetically appealing. You can take pictures at every spots and corners. The staff service are excellent. The breakfast is decent, enough options to fill you. The bed are comfortable and I love the fact that they have laundry room. That is the main plus point for us. We did not try the other amenities like the gym and tennis court but they do look very well-maintained. On the other hand, just tiny little things, it would be great if the hotel provide hangers for the guests. It’s a bit challenging without it. Love our cute room as well.

Thanks for simple decor I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, the design of the hotel is quite good with a London theme, the rooms are quite clean, there is no view on the sixth floor and there is not much of a menu for breakfast but it's okay, quite satisfied, thank you for your service🫶🏻

I think if they have the room without breakfast is better for us it was really worse the omelet was done with bad oil ,the salad selection is nothing the coffee is water the sweet selection is only 2 kind and they are no delicious and looks old , The gym is very small and only tradmeal and bicycle and some weight

Overall, I had a great experience with the Ashley Tugu Tani, staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect.

Hotel is not too big but all facilities is there, and we got 1 hour free tennis court.

New hotel, not far away from Gambir. Nice but small pool. Breakfast is average, and a hotel without a refrigerator in the room is not a four star hotel by definicion

Clean and modern hotel close by to the large malls in Jakarta! The pool area and gym were great. The laundry room is such a good addition too!
