Rooms are clean and nice but hot water is not coming properly, service is not good. 4

Its average stay as washrooms are pathetic without lock and very small size. Overall stay is average, located at market area.

I booked this hotel for my delhi tour (with family) as it's near by karol bag metro station. There check in time is 12 pm. We reached hotel at 2pm. First of all they not found my reservation in their system, then they ask me from where i booked. After sometime they found my reservation and provide me a room. Once i enter in the room found that was small in size (as it's their deluxe category room but i booked the top most category room which is executive room, so i denied to stay in that room. Now the manager asked me to show my payment receipt. As i have applied a coupon in the time of booking the payment amount is less. Then manager told me that you pay only this much amount for that they can provide only deluxe category room. Then i shared the booking receipt where clearly mentioned that i booked a executive category room. After 1. 5 hour argument they provide me the room which i have booked. But in my bad when i entered the room it's not clean again we waited 45 min in the reception then they provide us the room. Terrible experience.

The hotel gave us a different room than shown on the platform. The room was smaller than expected. The bathroom had makeshift walls. At check out the person at the reception tried to charge us for the water we didn’t have. . The room given to us was not the room shown in the pictures. The bathroom was bult with makeshift walls, that really put me off. At check-out the person tried to charge me an extra 60rs for water i didn't have neither their staff checked the room or the mini bar. They just tried charging me like it was standard practice. Will not recommend this room. I didn't take pictures as the room was very underwhelming.

Located close to karol bagh market and karol bagh metro station in a quiet lane, adjacent to a small park. Rooms are spacious. Some overlook the adjoining park. Housekeeping is good. I like their breakfast. I've stayed here on multiple occasions in the past and have every intention to stay here again.

Value for money. We had a patient at sir gangaram, the hotel people took good care of us and prompt in service
