The hotel room is spacious but the bathroom smells. Staff behaviour is very good. The worst part is the complementary breakfast. They give in the room only paratha and tea or bread omelette and tea. Overall the stay is average.

The hotel is too good but the service is extremely poor. Every-time i needed to remind them about towel, soap and water in room. Overall experience was good. The reception staff was too good and the room was neat and clean!

We booked Grand park inn for work related stay at Karol Bagh, New Delhi for a period of 3days.
The staff were very polite and accomodating. The rooms were well illuminated but cleanliness can be improved.
Bathrooms were clean with hot water without any smells.
The wifi is free and fast. You can order food from the room itself and laundry service is available too.
The staff allowed early check-in and late check-out without any extra pay.

first of all i want to thank each and every staff person on duty all are very humble in nature. so helpful all. Hotel room space excellent. I compare majorly hotels available for stay in karol bagh but only this hotel rooms found suitable space to stay. it's family hotel because they have capacity of 5 members in a single room as well. neat and clean hotel . food quality also familiar.
I will again stay here in upcoming days.
