Hotel Taj Princess - Boutique Hotel

Very good experience with this hotel, great hospitality, the room were clean and comfortable, nice stay and good food. It was close to markets, shops, restaurants and other amenities. Many thanks to Mr Swagat (The Manager) for all the help and assistance as well as the other staffs. Will definitely stay there again and recommend to my friends and family ❤️

Decent hotel for the price you pay. Breakfast they try to change everyday but you cant really complain, staff happy to make you extra egg / tea. Staff very nice and helpful. Room is okay, extra bed very nice & soft. Bathroom & towel very unhygienic.

Sadly we arrived at 03.30 and the hotel doors were literally chained up and the 2 men who worked there were fast asleep on the floor. It was a very intimidating street and if I was by myself I would not have stayed. Bathroom had water all over the floor and no hot water but hey ho this is Delhi We checked out the next day

This was the second time I experienced a front reception person playing Judge and juror over my passport having Mrs in it and me travelling solo in india . I happened in Jodhpur & this hotel in Delhi. In Western culture women do travel without their married partner also our passports are 10 years so our circumstances can change during the life of our passports. I respect india has different values to western cultures but please also respect ours. The responsibility of the hotel is to ensure the occupant/s pays the bill respects the premises and other paying guests it’s not go question a woman as to why she is travelling without her husband. We don’t need his consent and also the woman maybe a widow etc now. Please don’t stay in places like this that try and enforce unacceptable standards onto paying guests. I am entitled to stay solo or with who I choose providing I respect the premises and pay my bill.

We stayed here before beginning our intrepid tour and were very happy with our stay. The manager Swagat was so welcoming, he offered me tea and shared advice, and even walked me to a restaurant to personally recommend good food. As a solo traveller, he made me feel very looked after in his hotel and city.

spent 3 nights in thiss hotel in the middle of Karol Bag Market. Difficult to go out in the evening because of crowded area. There are no restaurants in the area althugh the hotel provides dinner. Difficult to reach by car . Rooms are clean and beds are confortable. Both the rooms we were assigned had no jot water in the evening, but we could take a shower with hot water in the morning.
