Simple fuss free hotel. Good use of space. There's some facilities available which I didn't use. Good for 1 night stay near town and bus.

castle can be viewed from rooftop bar but staff on duty at night has really bad attitude.

Got a room which is great and silent. The only problem is that the room is kinda plain and cold. No free water. A lil bit confusing about the checking in counter. But overall it was great.

Classic Ibis hotel near old town Ljubljana. It’s not bad but it’s not great either. Cleaning started really early (around 8.30am). It’s definitely not worth the price but if you just need somewhere for a couple of nights it’s fine.

Hotel was not far from Christmas markets and the bus station. The front desk girls Maya and I think her name is Lilly, where very hell and pleasant.

All we really great, expect the pillow was really not confortable . Apart from this, the staff were nice and they accommodated things to our schedule, and the location is amazing

Very convenient location and a beautiful room! Felt so comfortable here as a solo traveller and would recommend for anyone visiting the city! The staff were very friendly and I really loved the room! Would stay here again definitely.

Walking distance to the train, bus and some of the tourists attraction sights. Check in is at level 7 with a roof top bar have a view of Ljubljana castle. Room is nice and quite big, but did not have kettle, safe.

On the plus side it is reasonably priced and fairly well located. The rooms are no frills but relatively comfortable and practicable, if a little small. On the down side, the hotel needs some proper management and snagging to fix faults. For example the down lift button on 3F does not work. I was told “yeah, sometimes…” I learned to use the up button to call it to go down, but that caused problems. In fact the lift sequencing was strange indeed as you stood waiting for it to stop. Perhaps people on other floors were also dealing with “sometimes faulty” buttons? The lift and door key card was truly awful. It took lots of long pressing and waiting and hoping for the light to go green (lifts, internal doors and room door). I watched others having the same problem. The system does not seem to be fit for purpose. No toothbrushes etc. are provided but the online information guide says you can buy them. Fair enough… But no, you cannot. The ladies on reception acted bewildered when I asked. When I pointed out their online guide said you could buy then one conceded and said “yeah, we know, sorry.” So this has been an issue for a while (a very long while judging by their response) and nobody has bothered updating a simple online document. That is really pathetic, frankly. The manager should be ashamed. This is basic stuff to sort out. I discovered a shop next door that sells toiletries, but it did not occur to anyone at reception to tell me that when they said they didn’t sell anything. It was luck I turned right and not left as I went in search… The whole reception area feels very run-down and like a hostel. I would not mind this so much if they could at least fix obvious and know faults and be more courteous and attentive at reception. Next time I would certainly stay elsewhere.

Clean and friendly. It's close to the bus station and short stroll to the old town. A lot of amenities and services at the front desk. I had a nice room and it had a lot of space. Highly recommend.

This room type is very spacious especially if you’re a solo traveller. Room is cleverly designed. The only thing it lacks is a kettle and tissue paper in the room. All else was great!

Good for budget travel. Very convenient location to all the tourists attractions and the train station. Recommend it if you are on a tight budget

We started our trip from. Germany on our way to Croatia and stopped in Ljubljana. With heavy rain e arrived at the hotel and were surprised at the friendliness of the reception lady, tape of hotel *nice mix of hostel and hotel and the variety of people !! Very nice and a good start for our Europe trip!!

Nothing good. When I arrived, their computer was out of function. So it took time to check in. When I checked out, they said no record on my stay. So? Would I stay again or cannot check out??? It took time to resolve it again
