When we stayed here it was a bit different to what I expected, but it worked out absolutely fine. It seemed to be one floor that had been renovated and had a few rooms and while there was a lobby there didn't seem to be staff on the desk so you would just lock up yourself. We ended up chatting on WhatsApp to the owner (I assume) and he was a gentleman. He met us to let us in and gave us our key and he showed us where to get any supplies in the lobby area (towels and so on). There was a cleaning lady working here and she seemed nice and polite. The room and bathroom were good and the location couldn't be better as you are a short stroll to the Old Town and most sights of interest. This place is very good value and we were very happy. We loved Sarajevo.

We stayed in Hotel Boutique Platinum during our short visit in Sarajevo. The hotel is located in a perfect area, very close to the old town. The rooms are clean, cosy and have a very friendly atmosphere. The staff is very kind and friendly. The hotel has reserved parking places if you arrive by your own car. There is also a relaxation and dining area on the 4th floor where you can have continental breakfast as well.

Hotel nuevo con las principales prestaciones, la atención del personal excelente y muy cerca de todos los lugares de interés. Españoles que hagáis turismo en Sarajevo, recomendamos este hotel y hacer un Tour con Leyla, la visita será inolvidable y os dejará huella.
