Cenger Beach Resort Spa - All Inclusive

Came here with my wife and was very disappointed with what we saw. It was nothing like advertised. Food was mediocre, service was average, Wi-Fi had to be paid for and they had limited facilities. Please note that some of the “Positive” reviews on here might not be genuine as I myself was coaxed to write a positive review. I have since then deleted that review, and posted this one to depict a more accurate representation.

Found the hotel very clean and well located. Our room has been cleaned daily with no issues. The beach is very close and only walking distances. My 4 year old daughter has really enjoyed her stay and the kids club and the kids disco at night. We have really enjoyed our stay here and we would recommend and also return.

I came with my at turkey in conger beach resort it is very beautiful and nice. I’m saying here 6 days the service are good and the food are great.the manager and all the staff are very friendly. There is really beautiful beach and pool. I would love to visit here again.

Okay but wouldn’t book again. There’s too many other hotels to choose from in the area. The hotel manager is a nice gentleman but the hotel needs improvements. Pros; Beach is nearby & gorgeous. Rooms were good, clean but we didn’t touch the water/ drinks in the refrigerator in the room. There were some okay options for meals but not the best tasting food. Some of the wait staff were friendly. The hotel was kind enough and gave us an extension on our room on our last day. Cons; Food options were okay but no allergy information! Very unsafe! Worst cocktails I have ever had anywhere. Hotel is far from everything, so costly to get around and tour operators sell you tours that go to expensive bazaars. If you’re adventurous book a taxi and go into the towns. The big bazaars have all the same things at the same prices, but shopping can still be a nice experience. The spa was awful, it smelt one time we went down . The men at the desk were quite rude, trying to sell you overpriced spa packages. No idea why there is a limited time-slot in the morning to collect towels! This hotel could be better if people were invested in giving it some more care and attention.

Nice resort to stay for vacation is access to the beach. The food was great and all almost all the time. Food was available great tea staff are very friendly. We have time definitely will come back to this resort. Or of money a lot of activities to do

Positives Lovely pool & clean. Beach 2 mins away also. Nice balcony area to have evening drinks just off reception.. Spa & massage was amazing! Negatives. Hotel itself is definitely not 5 star. Rooms are dated. Furniture on room balcony is plastic & broken. This hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Nothing for miles, not even an ATM. WiFi & safe have to be paid for on arrival if wanted. In a 5 star resort this should never even be a thing! This is completely forced really as there is nothing else to do. The photos that are publicised are not accurate descriptions. There is a hotel that blocks every view in front of this one. The tour reps tried to sell excursions at a rip off price. They give you the excuse that travel agents are being made aware of the complaints and it’s the end of season etc…. It’s a shocking response. The rent a car people will give you a return taxi to alara bazar for 25€. Theres also another shopping degree in Turkler which will offer pick ups & drop offs. 30 min away. The food within the hotel is shockingly bad. No allergen descriptions not even descriptions of the food. It’s very repetitive and tasteless. I cannot explain how bad this is. I’ve ate bread & chips all week. No kettle in the room either. Only water refilled daily in mini fridge. No entertainment around the pool. At bedtime don’t expect to sleep early as it’s very noisy from 7:30pm onwards from the nearby hotel with their entertainment. Don’t go shopping in the hotel complex unless you want spoken to like a thorn in their side. Take the taxi & enjoy getting away from here. The banter & chat outside of this hotel is way better. Cleaning staff in the hotel are good. The rest of the staff can’t be bothered. I’m just very glad o didn’t have children with me as I’d have had to have asked for an immediate move as one family did. Do not waste your money here or your time!
