For the exercise enthusiast or just feeling the need for some fresh air.....just a few blocks away you can access the Cedar Canyon Trail.The trail runs through the Canyon Park along Coal Creek up the canyon about 2 miles. Canyon Park is a perfect place for a picnic on the luscious green grass under the big shady trees or at the picnic tables under the covered areas. There are 2 levels to this home. There is a bedroom with a Queen bed and a spacious 3/4 bath on the MAIN level. UPSTAIRS is a guest room with 2 Twin beds (1 being a loft bed), another guest room with a Queen bed and there is also FULL bathroom. The Master bedroom is upstairs as well, which has 3/4 bathroom. All of the bedrooms including the living room and kitchen area, have a ceiling fan.....giving you the comfort you deserve.
