We stayed in a Junior Suite with a queen bed. The room was small but enough. I felt the bed a bit on the hard side. Great shower with plenty of pressure and hot water. The pool was clean and refreshing. The gym is nothing to look forward to as all the machines didn’t work but they did have a set of dumb bells that allowed all my exercises to be completed. Nice breakfast ask if you want a fresh omelette.

Stayed 3 days and 2 nights for my friend’s wedding. Room is clean and staff are accommodating. Also the location is accessible.

There's a misleading part of price inclusions...in this booking site says children 10 & below are free for breakfast,but in the hotel its not included,should pay half...only 3yrs old and below are free...bit sad,should put info correctly...but the rest is fine for its price

Staff is not so accommodating with simple requests and noit so attentive with guests.

The hotel still has my 1000peso deposit, iv tried to email but to no avail . I would appreciate this money putting back onto the card I paid for the room with . Or please contact me on *********** ***** ****

Great place

Stayes in Mezzo for our wedding day and the day after. All rooms I booked were so clean with complete toiletries essentials. They made sure of a hassle-free and very friendly environment. All staff are so nice and they always attend to what we need efficiently. During the wedding kitchen staff are so attentive, food were serve well in good portions and the best taste! Kudos to the head chef and all other members of the kitchen! Thank you Mezzo for a very good customer service! Will highly recommend to friends and family. Thank you so much.
