Having spent 20 yrs in the Hospitality industry I take note that the general tone of the reviews here are somewhat poorish . I recognize the age of these reviews so assume things have changed as during our very recent Walk In 2 day stay I felt the need to extend an extra day due to the ambience and cleanliness we encountered. We were independent travelers just enjoying a few days away from Panadtaran so didn't require much assistance other than check in & out. We ate in town and kept a bit of fruit handy. The few encounters we had with office & ground-staff were always very friendly and pleasantly genuine. We booked a fan room which was more than adequate for our needs, great hot shower & Wifi which was appropriately priced. We look forward to becoming more regular in the very near future, perhaps a few days fortnightly...Well done Looc...keep up the good work...
