I had the pleasure of staying at the Tsai Hotel and Residences, and it was an experience worth noting. From the moment I arrived, the welcoming staff and seamless check-in process set the tone for a pleasant stay. The location is fantastic, offering proximity to key attractions, dining options, and shopping areas, making it ideal for leisure and business travelers alike. The room was immaculate, with modern furnishings that combined comfort and functionality. The bed was plush and inviting, ensuring a good night's sleep. I particularly appreciated the spacious bathroom and the availability of essential amenities that catered to every need. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable, which was a great plus for staying connected. The hotel's common areas, including the lobby and dining spaces, were well-maintained and exuded a sophisticated yet cozy ambiance. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious, featuring local and international dishes that appealed to all palates. The in-house restaurant staff was attentive and ensured a delightful dining experience. What truly set the Tsai Hotel apart was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, always greeting me with warm smiles and a willingness to assist with any request. While everything was close to perfect, a minor improvement could be enhancing soundproofing in the rooms to block out occasional street noise. Nonetheless, this did not significantly detract from my overall experience. I highly recommend the Tsai Hotel and Residences to anyone visiting the area. It offers excellent value for money, a prime location, and impeccable service that guarantees a memorable stay. I am looking forward to returning on my next trip!

My stay was good enough. Walking distance from JY Mall which has McDonalds 24/7, which could help for late night cravings. They also have a mini food store in the front desk for soups. This is a good place to stay in if you want to be near IT Park. I did not have any skin issues after so, I think this place is good enough for a budget friendly trip.

Spacious rooms love the high ceiling, quiet & peaceful location. Very accessible to transportation & food establishments.

Had a nice stay. The room we checked in was nice and clean. No breakfast, too bad. Overall, it was worth the budget, room was cozy and somehow accommodating staff.

The place is close to IT park and other areas. The hotel is spacious. I had a few items I believe is due to poor management or ownership of the hotel. The water in my room was already opened and partially drank. There is only a few WiFi codes to use. The shower needs some deep cleaning. There is not blanket just a sheet which is low standards for this type of stay. The furniture is worn, my white sheets had marks on them. There is only 1 outlet with 3 prongs.

I really like this hotel for its price. They offer the basics: bottled water, 2 instant coffee, toothbrush, soap and shampoo. No ref though, no big deal for us and understandable for the price. More importantly, there’s a bidet spray. They require 500 deposit. Tazza/Tamp cafe is just outside and other restos.Location is good if your target area is IT Park or around Lahug be mindful thu that traffic is heavy during rush hour. Aircondition is the typical window type so expect some noise, not for those who are very sensitive to noise. Room size is decent compared to others, with a big window. They have special rates for different checkin times and stay duration. I’m pretty sure I’d book here again.
